I submitted an application to these 3 weeks ago and despite me chasing it several times and being told I would hear back within a few days, I never got anywhere. Such poor service, which is a shame but we no longer wish to pursue the application.

Can't believe how many programs just ignore you these days, especially if your site is new. No point knocking when i'm getting thousands of visitors a day, because I won't answer
