Where a NetRefer program has multiple brands (ie. 32Red, Commission365), is it possible to run brand-specific campaign reports? Sounds like it should be easy, but how and where is it possible?

Cheers.

With 32Red you can view each brand from the "Marketing Source Monthly Report":

Most (not all) programs have a "Brand Figures" report under the "General Reports" tab, including Commission365:

Hope that helps!

Thanks, KK, much appreciated. For 32 Red, you're absolutely spot on - I can use the 'marketing source monthly report' and use the 'product' breakdown to select each brand.

Over at Commission365, I'm still stuck as I don't see the same 'brand figures' option under 'general reports'. I'm not having much luck posting a screenshot but will try again.

ETA: I can see the 'brand figures' option now at C365, but it doesn't seem to work. Every month I choose, I get 'no data to display'.

Oh well, it was mainly 32 Red and Dash I wanted to separate so thanks for helping resolve that.

At 32 Red, try doing a 'marketing source' report of any type/date and select either 32 Red or Dash as the 'product'. When I do this, I get exactly the same numbers for both merchants, which is clearly wrong. Anyone else get the same problem?

For some reason the Impressions, clicks, etc. are the same for all brands, yes - but the Net Revenue figures are different.

If in doubt - ask them!
I'm sure they will answer any questions you have.
