Neteller Completely Down - DDOS?

Apprently the same hackers who tried to extort money out of BetAt Casino, also tried it on with Neteller.
This was a few months back. However been trying to gain access to NT for the past couple of hours and it's completely down.

• Pinged the domain/ip - times out.
• Used a VPN - page times out.
• Used an anonymous proxy browser - returns a 503

Anyone else having issues here?

Neteller works fine for me. Also checked here ....... isitdownrightnow.com/neteller.com.html
They also reporting
Neteller.com is UP and reachable.

Just check and it's working for me too.

Could be a DNS issue. My ISP dns wasn't refreshing fast enough and also was giving random resolving issue. Since changed to Google public dns.
All is great:

• 8.8.8.8
• 8.8.4.4

Yep me too. This is getting rediculous. Got to be related to those DDOS attacks.
I'm sure they'd have a cloud setup with multiple peering and They use ULTRADNS.NET, so they shouldn't be going down like this all time.

If NT is down like this, then the batch file, being sent by BP, if it's not already there, then it wont be going anywhere, least not to Neteller

I've been lucky - and haven't noticed any outages - it could be timezones working for me.

Previously, I have been hit with their outages between midnight / 3am ... which translates to noon to 3pm for me and often affects the functionality of the card - VERY FRUSTRATING.

All I know is BetAT (over at CM) came out and stated publically they'd received extortions threats, pay up or we'll DDOS attack you. Neteller apprently has also received these threats too.
To prove the point the crims threatening this action, hit the sites with an example. Claiming it was only a speck of hits, compared to the payload capacity they can unlesh.

Seems a lot of casinos et al have received similar threats. Word on the grape vine... Some have paid the ransom others haven't.

Don't know if this is related BUT been having major connection drop out with guts.com/au/, guts.com/en/, guts.com, load time is painfully slow or the page times out. Lasts 15 to 30 min then it's fine. Checked it from my VPN using the UK, EU and NZ, all the same results.
