Has anyone else been completely ignored by Mr Green for the last few weeks?

Their jackpot feed died after they launched their new stripped-down website a few weeks ago. At the time, my AM said it would be fixed "by the end of the week," but now it's 3 weeks later, the feed remains missing, and my AM is also missing (all of my subsequent emails have been ignored).

Was the entire team let go again like they were after the last London conference?

please apologise my late reply. We have 2 exciting weeks behind us where we implemented many apps, new website, new products, new tracking links, new landing pages, christmas campaign ect.

Since today we can ensure you that all Jackpot Feeds, XML and RSS feeds are working as they should. You can use the old links for that.

I promised you that I will contact you once the Feeds are working regulary again. I just received today the final feedback from Netrefer that everything can be used as it is. So sorry for the delay.

Thanks, but when I visit the link, I get a prompt asking me if I would like to save the file.

When I save the file and then open it with a text editor, I can see the feed data, but that isn't useful because the URL just needs to display the data as soon as you arrive on the URL.

Furthermore, the new URL (when opened in a text editor) seems to be missing a lot of the jackpot data that the old URL contained. This is what the new file contains:
