From 1st January 2021, Malta-licensed sportsbook operators will be required to report suspicious betting patterns to the jurisdiction’s gambling authority.
The obligation will be brought to force at from 2021, but the MGA said it intends to make its Suspicious Betting Reporting Mechanism available for B2C licensed operators from 1st of November. A manual on how to use the system will be provided to all B2C operators.
