Dear Affiliate

It has been 18 months since Unibet Group (now Kindred Group) purchased iGame and all associated brands.

During this time, we have been reviewing the best options for running our affiliate business. As a result of this review, we will be migrating iGame Affiliates to Kindred Affiliates (the new name for Unibet Affiliates) and moving from Income Access to NetRefer affiliate software.

The time frames are as follows:

Mid-January 2017:

A new affiliate account will be opened for you in NetRefer and usernames and passwords will be emailed to you. iGame affiliate brands data from January 2015 onwards will be available in NetRefer, we invite you to review your stats and contact your affiliate manager if you have any questions.

Start of February 2017:

All existing affiliate links and banners will need to be replaced with NetRefer tracking links from NetRefer.

Mid-February 2017:

All affiliates will need to be using NetRefer tracking links. No traffic should be sent via Income Access links.

End of February 2017:

All NetRefer data will finalised to ensure tracking is working and that no data is left in Income Access.

Please be assured that we have been working on the migration plan for a number of months to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.

We understand that you will have a lot questions and for this reason we have created an FAQ document which can be reviewed on the following link:

http://www.igameaffiliates.com/faq

If your question is not answered on the FAQs, please contact your account manager or myself directly on one of the methods below.

We thank you for your support and look forward to a positive 2017.

Regards

Thanks AussieDave, this a big moment for Kindred Affiliates and one that a lot of people will judge us on so we want it done 100% correct.

But thanks for the compliment i will take it.

This is exactly how it should be done.

I agree with what's said earlier in this thread, but I want to add some kudos for dropping Income Access! That's a good thing. Now I can promote iGame!

Shaun, do you have an exact date when we get our new login details? And can I replace with new tracking links from that date?

Hi BetOnlineUK

No exact date yet for sending out usernames ect but well before the end of the month we just have a final few things to do to ensure etch migration is smooth, due to the payment period it also makes no sense for any links to be changed prior to the 1st Feb, but we will keep everybody in the loop via newsletter and forum posts and please feel free to contact me on Skype or email if you have any questions.
Thanks

Shaun

Dear Affiliate

We recently wrote to you to inform you of the planned migration for the iGame Brands from Income Access to NetRefer.

The migration is taking longer than anticipated. Rather than rush things and make mistakes, we want to give everyone involved more time. Therefore, we have taken the decision to delay the migration by a further month.

End of February 2017:

Your new log in details for NetRefer will be sent to you an you will be able to view your stats and discuss your account with your account manager.

Start of March 2017:

All existing affiliate links and banners will need to be replaced with NetRefer tracking links from NetRefer.

Mid-March 2017:

All affiliates will need to be using NetRefer tracking links. No traffic should be sent via Income Access links.

End of March 2017:

All NetRefer data will finalised to ensure tracking is working and that no data is left in Income Access, and payments will be made via NetRefer.

Please note that the FAQs are still available on the following link:
http://www.igameaffiliates.com/faq

Payments for January will be made this week please ensure that you have a valid payment method on your account, please note a that player account is not a valid payment option and funds will not be sent if you have selected that as your payment method.

If your question is not answered in the FAQs, please contact your account manager or myself directly on one of the methods below.

Regards

Kudos on dropping Income Access. Just saying... If I was an operator, I'd be some what paranoid of the new IA owners, given the number of fingers they have in pies, within our industry.

Dear Affiliate

We recently wrote to you to inform you of the planned migration for the iGame Brands from Income Access to NetRefer. The migration process is almost complete, the time frame has changed to the following:

13th March

New passwords and log in details will be sent to you, this will give you a chance to review the historical data on the account and then change your tracking links to the new NetRefer links.

24th March

All Income Access tracking must be removed by this date and replace with NetRefer links.

April 2017

Affiliate payments for the month of March will be generated based on the data that is in NetRefer, the historic data in Income Access will be available until the end of April 2017.

Please ensure that you have a valid payment method in Income Access as the final payments will be made in the next 24 hours.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Regards

So, when the name brand name was chosen... Did the kindred part already include a reference about the take-over that was recently announced? :)

Are you referring to 32 Red? If so no nothing was announced at that time.

@Shaun O'Neill Well, it could also be just a coincidence. =)

Concerning 32Red, Roxy Palace & Co., will you be in charge of the affiliate program as well? It would be great if your company can provide some info the future of TTR Partners and how this merger is going to affect players and affiliates.

At this point we are not able to offer any update, as per the statements made to the stock exchange Kindred Plc made the offer which is still waiting on full shareholder approval, as soon we are have any information that we can make public we will inform all affiliates.

Thanks

Hm. I thought this takeover had already been finalized. At least that is what it sounded like in this article: xxx.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-02-23/kindred-to-buy-32red-for-219-million-in-latest-gambling-deal

Not yet but to quote the article:

"The takeover is already close to a done deal, with shareholders owning about 71 percent of 32Red’s stock having given irrevocable undertakings to accept the offer. With the exception of one investor owning 2.8 percent of the stock, all those undertakings will remain in place even in the event of a counter bid. The offer is conditional upon Kindred gaining acceptances of 75 percent.

“We’re optimistic we will be over 75 percent in a short space of time,” Kindred Group Chief Executive Officer Henrik Tjaernstroem said on a conference call. He declined to comment on whether 32Red had attracted rival interest, though the U.K. company’s CEO Ed Ware said such a business “is always of interest to lots of people.”

For some reason I missed out on the bottom part of that page. Thank you for pointing this out. I also read a couple other articles about this which announced this acquisition as a completed deal.

I figure the coming weeks will bring more clarity to this.
