I just wanted to send out a kudos to the 2 guys behind these brands for sending out a mailer on the latest Rival predatory to all affiliates and don't forget this also effect them as operators. One thing everyone needs to keep in mind is try not to blame the operators for what the software provider is forcing upon them. My point is when all these other operators have clammed up and not sent a damn warning to their marketing partners these two have done all they can to keep us up to date. Affiliate Guard Dog is working close behind the scenes and getting step by step updates on this serious matter and once there is something solid to report back with we will let you know.

There is still talks going on so cross your fingers that Rival understands what they have done is totally wrong!

100% agreed! 400 is getting a bit more of the blame than they should here and I apologize for that. This is Rival's decision and the guys behind the 400 Group have been working harder than ANYONE to resolve it.

Most are sitting on their heels and not even speaking up.

There was definitely a vote which was conducted by Rival. However - Rival forced this decision down originally.

Hmmm, maybe I'm confused here. Are you saying that Rival initially implemented this without a vote and then later asked the casinos and programs to vote on it? Just a little more clarification please.

I'm also under the impression that some of the more influential AMs out there have been working their balls off trying to get a decent outcome for affiliates.

For many of the decent AMs, this has been either equally stressful or in some cases, more stressful than it has been for many of us.
