Dear Affiliate,

We regret to inform you that Jack Gold Casino has officially ceased operations as of today, September 10, 2014.

The events leading to this decision were completely unexpected and it comes as a great shock to all involved. The management team at Jack Gold Casino had been in the process of closing a promising acquisition; these extreme measures are a result of this deal falling through at the last possible minute.

All existing players have been contacted through email and/or SMS, and relevant details are available and prominent on the Jack Gold Casino homepage, as well as at https://www.jackgold.com/p/Jack-Gold-Casino-Ceases-Trading .

Jack Gold Casino is currently seeking a buyer of Locus Gaming Isle of Man , the entity that owns and operates the casino and all customer databases. Any new owners will have decision power regarding existing customers and their attribution to affiliates. However, they will be under no obligation to continue paying commissions on existing players.

All outstanding commissions will be handled by the administrators appointed by the company; at this stage no timeline has been established, but all developments will be communicated as soon as possible.

The affiliate program (locusaffiliates.com) is STILL accepting new registrations, even though JackGold.com is clearly not accepting new players or bets. Either this is an oversight or...

I'm trying to contact you through the email you provided and through this email as well - help@jackgold.com in order the resolve the unpaid commission that you guys owes us..

However, I'm not getting any reply from either email or via skype.

How can I get in touch with you guys in order to resolve this issue?
