Sandra has not been completely honest here. You see IPS do not pay you commission for the players you sign up from the UK, however they like to take the 25% loss from the players you sign up from the UK.

Can you explain this to us all Sandra, I'm dying to know your excuse.......TV advertisement costs again. Affiliates in the UK with 99% UK traffic are hardly likely to make money with none UK players, just because Pedro signs up and deposits 10 euros and loses, when you are taking losses off players that you do not pay for. But I'm sure you are well aware of this. Your affiliate program is what is known as a scam and nothing else, do not try to dress it up as anything else.

Hello Mickyfu,

As Sandra has previously explained on GPWA, you will be getting paid commission on UK players if you promote one of our other sites like: BetUK, UKCasino, BingoStars and many others. The only three brands you will not begetting paid commission for on UK players are 21.co.uk, PinkCasino and SlotBoss.co.uk. This can be found in our Terms and Conditions, and we also inform affiliates on signing up should they chose to promote any of those three brands.

As I have previously suggested feel free to get in touch with us via support and we will determine what has happened with your account.

Also, I wish to rectify that we do not take the 25% loss from the UK players.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about our programme. I have unsuccessfully tried to find you in our system, but do encourage you to contact us directly via our support email so we can resolve this issue.

Kind Regards,

Matthew

Unfortunately we have to pay for the TV ads we are doing, we wish there were for free. And as you, we have expenses as well. We might not be as popular as other brands you are comparing us to, but as you can surely understand we are new and need to cover our marketing costs, as minimal as they might seem.

I think you could only benefit from legit partnerships. Wouldn't it be better just stop paying for the TV ads, then get free promoting from affiliates? You are sinking your own ship in my opinion. I am staying away from this.

I can only see a win/win situation if affiliates get payed 25% for promoting some of your brands. Thousands of players starting to play there. I can't see how that is a loss for you. You won't be promoted from affiliates with those kinds of deals - specially not when those casinos are focusing on the UK market.

Here are the problems Sandra.

1.) I know you have took losses from players I have signed up in the UK
2.) You never made it clear via email that you were not paying for UK traffic, as you stated. (This is not just one missed email, neither of my two partners received an email either)
3.) What you are doing is nothing short of theft (Do not try to dress it up) We both know that when we sign up to an affiliate program, we expect to be paid. We both know you are stealing peoples money and traffic, relying on them not reading the terms and conditions, because we both know it is just the norm to be paid for players we send. Your excuse for not paying is quite frankly pathetic. So you have TV ads and want to scrounge money back. I don't know why I am bothering, but lets say for example one of my sites sends players to your casinos via a search term of "Play Roulette Online" THIS, and you know this has nothing to do with your TV ads. However you STEAL the traffic and money.
4.) I have no intentions on giving you my account details as it is obvious that your company is not to be trusted.

What you have done is abused peoples trust, you have played on the people who do not read contracts, and you know the majority of people will not read your contract, because at the end of the day people just expect to get paid.

What is sad for IPS is that whoever thought treating affiliates in this way would generate money, is sadly mistaken. No doubt you will have to re-brand when your obvious PBN network gets hit. Your PBN is only a few insistent messages away from the Google spam team. Enjoy the money you have stole.

No doubt about that, ARZ. All of us expect terms & conditions to be fair. The revenue share at various affiliate programs might not be the best at all times, but not getting payed for UK players (because of tv advertisements) is just out of this world!
