Dear ,
My name is George Thomas and I represent Fortune Affiliates. I am writing to you to get in touch and see if we can work together.

We are looking for traffic for our brand: GoBetGo.com, which features a Sportsbook, Casino, Live casino and lottery games, and is also fully responsive - from 1920x resolution screens to mobile, and accepts both real money and bitcoins. We work with UltraPlay, Ezugi, Betting Promotion, and we are now integrating Microgaming with its full range of games.

We are licensed in Curacao, and accept users from everywhere. In order to have your visitors convert better, our sportsbook has a global reach by supporting all 3 sports layouts: Asian, American and European, and we also support the following languages:

English, German, Russian, Chinese Simple & Traditional, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, Albanian, Farsi and Bulgarian, with more to come.

Our sportsbook operates with very low margins, features over 5000 live events per month, and thousands of pre-match events. We also feature an XML odds in case you are/will be running an odds comparison site.

In any case, let us know how we can work together.

I can be reached on this email: partners@fortuneaff.com or on Skype: FortuneAff

Best Regards,

Dear Fortune Affiliates,

I am an official representative of GoBetGo, and am here to address your post as we find it rude.

We do actually hold the gambling brand MaxFortune, and the logical name of our affiliate program was Fortune Affiliates, hence the decision was made to name it like that.

We did not intend to pretend to be you, and never pretended to represent your organization in any way in front of any affiliate or organization, as a matter of fact we explained to numerous parties we are not you, hence why we cannot and should not be called imposters, for which we would appreciate if you correct your tone.

We did not expect that another affiliate program (yours) with the same name would exist.

Since you are first in the market, we will do the courtesy to change our Affiliate program name as soon as possible, as we are not here to create trouble but to build a successful business. However, we will be keeping our MaxFortune brand.

Should you have any questions, please contact us and we can discuss it in a more civilized manner.

Best regards,
George Thomas

Hi George,

Thank you for the clarification beneath, and we are happy to take the legal matters off the forums and continue in private. Also thank you for opting to change your affiliate program name. However, we do not find our post rude nor our tone incorrect as you clearly stated below we were the first on the market with the brand name Fortune Affiliates, thus when you send out communication stating you are representing Fortune Affiliates we will deem you an imposter. We’ve been in the business for 15 years, are accredited members of CAP, GPWA, AGD and are ICOGRA certified, so how you have remained oblivious to another brand of the same name existing astounds us.

Furthermore, as you’ve stated below that you have had to “explain to numerous parties” that you are not the Fortune Affiliates brand associated to the Fortune Lounge Group, it puzzles us that you have not tried to contact us or rectify the issue sooner?

Like you, we are not here to create trouble but rather to continue to build our successful business. The duplication of the Fortune Affiliates brand has a big affect on us and naturally we will respond. It creates unnecessary confusion which will do neither of our brands justice. Just see below the ramifications it has already had.

Your brand on our Fortune Affiliates/GPWA page.

Your brand signed off with our Fortune Affiliates logo.

The GPWA issue was an error on the side of GPWA's employee, as we clearly explained to her we have nothing to do with your brand, and yet she listed us there, later correcting her error. As for not knowing who you are before naming our brand and getting into this mess, there are thousands of brands that operate within the gaming industry, no one can follow them all, you shouldn't be astounded.

We have already renamed our affiliate program, and we hope with this gesture we bury the hatchet.

I didn't see anything rude with their initial posts because they were taking the defensive position
with a concern that someone was using their name in a fraudulent manner. I understand that
you were connecting the name to one of your existing brands, but there are fraudsters out there,
that will impersonate programs in order to use that authority to their advantage. The fact that
you changed the name already, is a step in the right direction for your new affiliate program.

I personally don't understand how a new operation could mistakingly use the Fortune Aff Brand. To the best of my knowledge, FA has been in operation since 1999. Albeit it's fortuneaff.com but it's using the Fortune Affiliates Brand Name...

As an affiliate, before I register a new brand/domain I check if it has a current listing. If it is or close to something currently owned and operated, I think up some other name/brand.
Maybe I'm old school but with the amount of money involved in setting up an online gaming site, I would think research would be of paramount importance.

I find it hard to believe this was by accident...just saying!

Dear Bet4You,
We did not use the FortuneAff brand by accident. We do own the MaxFortune domain and brand, which we intend to market as an online casino. FortuneAff was the logical and best choice for the affiliate program of MaxFortune. Hence why we used it.

If it was logical choice, why only register it for 12 months

Nuff said...

What is the problem with registering a domain name for 12 months? Is that too short of a time period?

We are not here to cause trouble, as it can be seen from our statements above. We are well funded, with a great sportsbook product, that is beyond what 90% of the current sportsbooks on the market offer. We cater to 20+ languages, and feature all 3 sports layouts - American, Asian and European, which for you as an affiliate means, that we can convert your international traffic better than any other sportsbook partner that you are working with. We operate on just 1%-2% margins across our Football offering (having better odds than EVERYONE ELSE ON EARTH, including Pinnacle, Sbobet and Bet365), which makes us the new top choice among high value players. In all honesty, any sportsbook affiliate that doesn't promote us, is risking of losing value to their players, as he is not promoting the best sports product on the market.

You can take the witch hunt elsewhere.

Yes it does seems odd the domain is only register for 12 months. If it was a "logical choice" as stated, then imo it would be registered for a lot longer. I'm not pointing finger or conducting a witch hunt, I'm merely pointing out obvious contridictions. If these don't sit well with you, that's not my problem!

ok.... let's just make sure ALL AGD members know that this group is NOT AGD Certified. Do not promote them unless you do your homework. At this point and until we certify, I wouldn't promote (personally)

GBG - Please do not post further until your program is certified. It leads to confusion and is not allowed at AGD.

Ok, we will not post as long as no one else tries to discredit us any further. What are the steps to become certified? We would love to be certified. We are already working with the largest affiliates in the industry, such s betbrain, xscores, livesport media, wettportal and others. Does this hold any credibility regarding the certification? Also, please send me the procedure to affiliate@gobetgo.com , so we can start it.

Best regards,
George

This thread was posted by Fortune Affiliates to give AGD members a heads up. Albeit GBG made contact in the thread and it seems this issue has been taken to private discussion. Good!
Albeit, I've added my 2 cents worth and it's your right (GBG) to respond.

AGD asked you not to post anything more about your affiliate program et al. So what do you do? Instead of using the contact form, you post more of the stuff you've been asked not to. And you wonder why I think using the FA brand was premeditated!

IMHO your displaying signs of a cowboy operation... just sayin :D

OH and the Real Fortune Affiliates Program - you might want to check out all the affiliate/player forums, seems FortuneAffs have been really busy, lately...

Hi All,

To the best of our knowledge the issue between Fortune Affiliates and GoBetGo Affiliates has been resolved, as they have changed their name. With regards to the above mentioned Casino Meister Account, I can verify that this was setup internally by Fortune Affiliates as we were looking into a matter, but thanks for the thorough heads-up Bet4You it is much appreciated.

Best Regards,
Fortune Affiliates
