Hi all!
Maybe it's a basic question, but I'm new to affiliate programs. Do you know how many days it would take to see the FTDs (First-Time Depositors) count on my dashboards? I've published a couple of articles, received good traffic, and more than 30 sign-ups, but in the counters of two affiliate platforms, there is no trace of FTDs. Is that possible?

For many newcomers to online casino marketing, it's not 'how many days', but 'how many months'.

This is not an industry for fast results if you're just learning the sector.

Okay, thank you very much!

I was referring to seeing the number of FTDs on the dashboard. Then, I can understand that withdrawing money may not be allowed until after a certain period of time. I'm not in a hurry, but I wanted to know if I'm on the right track with the published keywords. So, do I need to be patient to see if the articles bring in useful numbers? How long will it take, more or less? Do you have any idea? Can 30 signups result 0 FTDs?

It depends massively on loads of things. What search terms did the players use? Are they looking for deposit bonuses, a certain payment method, a specific casino game... or no deposit bonuses?

Not all casino traffic is valued the same. Don't feel a failure but don't expect quick returns, unless you're very lucky or doing a really great job or spending lots on advertising. Don't get me wrong - quick sign-ups do happen and that's great when it happens. But you've chosen a VERY, VERY competitive market at a time when even professional long-term affiliates are feeling the pinch. You've got your work cut out.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Actually, I'm not completely new to this world; I've been working behind the scenes in the affiliate marketing industry for years (I'm a writer). However, I've decided, rather late, to try this, especially since there's a lot of competition among writers these days. I know it's not the easiest field, I don't aim to get rich, but simply to see if something positive can come out of it over time.

FictionNet is spot on with his remarks.

For me personally, I would say 30 regs without an ftd is a poor result, but like FictionNet mentioned, it highly depends on the keywords that are used by players to find your site.. If its a no deposit or free spin offer, than it is very possible.

I apologize for my limited English proficiency. Let me clarify:

The article went online last week, and I've already observed 30 sign-ups in the dashboard, but I haven't seen any FTDs yet. Is it possible that there could be a delay in the appearance of FTDs on the dashboard? Or does a '0' in the FTDs section indicate that no FTDs have occurred?

Try a different affiliate program to see if it converts better

In the same article, I included 2 different affiliate programs, and I've had 60 signups for the first one and 30 signups for the other one, after a week. However, there have been no FTDs, and I'm feeling very frustrated. I suspect I may have chosen the wrong keyword, as I didn't anticipate it would bring in free traffic. (The keyword is "inclave casinos" / "inclave casinos list")

if there are no ftds, it means there have been no ftds. its not about them "updating" later on. i dont remember a single program that doesnt update at least once in 24hours.

i do wonder why of all the kw in the world, you chose this one.

btw, posting the 1 key word you are after is not exactly the way to go. unless you are not exactly a newbie and trying to increase those searches.

If you push a ND/Bonuswhore/FS - site, project, you can get a lot of useless traffic with absolutely no conversions.

Can be that, but 99.99% of all programs updates like @Kadabra said, within 24hrs.

If you get 90 "signups" on 1 article in a week - I'd be saying THATS an almost impossible result.
The fact that there are no FTD at all would suggest that the 90 signups number is not real people.
Do you think that the signups could be bots? I thought that, since this is an article talking about a quick way to access casinos, maybe people are signing up quickly to see if there are any no deposit bonuses and then they leave. And if they were bots, could they have the same purpose?

I think if you get visits to the article but then 90 sign up to the casino it self, or its fake traffic, or they looking for free spins - so they wont need to deposit, or the casino might had a payment / deposit issue.

Free spins traffic is good for volume but how much value can you get out of it?
Do you rank on free spins keywords as well for the volume?

I have a page in website for FS but always doubting if putting it live or not. Will this help a website just live, or long term its just damaging my quality of traffic?

I think inclave casinos are mostly associated with RTG, real time gaming, and most rtg casinos usually offer a no deposit bonus, hence the reason why people sign up and use the freebie without making a deposit.

Actually have been thinking about this for a while..
- If the casino is Pay N Play (instant banking) and players can't deposit - they look like reg in stats.
- If it's nd / fs - hunters, there are a decent amount of players that are willing to spend hours and hours on creating new accounts to play the free money away.
- Bot's nowadays can easily register / pre-register if the registerform is simple like "name, e-mail" and that's pretty much it.

Depending on affiliate-platform, on Myaffiliates you might see IP's of visitors, while some programs hides them.

Nd/Fs - hunters, should show up as negative revenue on the stats, do you see any movement there?

it depends on your traffic, if you have free bonus, no deposit etc keywords you may never see a ftd lol, so many variables like traffic quality conutry, brand conversion expertise etc
