Hertat closing - all players moving to Huone

Hertat.com will be united with the Huone brand on the 14th of February 2017.

Due to the merger and after migration to the Huone brand, the players at Hertat.com can enjoy a large variety of casino games, and in addition they can explore the great opportunities of bingo, poker and sportsbook. All players will be migrated to the Huone brand.

How does this effect you as an affiliate?

• On the 13th February Hertat.com will be closed down at midnight, and all players will be migrated to the Huone brand. The next day on the 14th February, all players will receive welcoming offers on the Huone brand, also all player balances will be transferred to the newly opened accounts. Players who already have an Huone Brand account, will not be migrated.
  
  
• On the 14th February we will redirect all Hertat.com links and banners to the Huone brand. Please note, that all the Hertat-logos and Hertat related content should also be amended on your site.
  
  
• All players will remain tagged to the original affiliate.
  
  
• All players will show in the same affiliate account, but instead of showing in the reports of Hertat.com, they will now show in the reports under the name of Huone brand.
  
  
• The existing Hertat.com deals concerning the migrated players will remain valid.
  
  
• If the CPA part of any deal has been paid out by Hertat.com in the past, it will not be paid out again by Huone. If you have a CPA/Hybrid deal at Hertat.com and the player has not yet triggered the CPA, it will be paid out by Huone once the terms have been agreed upon.
  
  
• The last commission payments for Hertat.com will be generated at the start March 2017 the commission payable will be for the first 13 day’s of February and the remaining of the month will paid under the Huone brand.
  
  
• The Huone brand consists of four different gaming sites: Casinohuone.com, Veikkaushuone.com, Pokerihuone.com and Bingohuone.com. The variety will help to increase the player lifetime and the player’s value and you will be paid on products.
  

Kindly do not communicate this merger on your site or to your customers/email lists. We have a detailed communication plan for the players. This way the communication will be consistent, and the players won’t open a Huone account by themselves, and most importantly, without your btag.

We are aiming for this to be as seamless and painless a migration as possible for both the players and the affiliates. The statistic might not be accurate for a short period of time, but the figures will mend quickly and the payments will be effected at the end of the month.
