    Did anyone get their April Commission yet?
    I just discovered that there are no payment details from me in the new Netrefer affiliate account.
    I have added my payment method now. Everyone may check on this too.

    @GoWildCasino , are payments delayed for everyone?
    Will I still get paid this month or must I now wait until next month?

    Hello everybody,

    @Bonus Paradise, thank you for your post.

    We are still processing the payments for April.

    Regarding payment details, we did advise that affiliates check/update their preferred method of payment in our general communications, subsequent to the switch to Netrefer.

    Rest assured that all payments for April will be sent out in the following days.

    Please contact your Account Manager for any other queries.

    Best Regards

    I made the same mistake (not putting in my payment method until today!)

    I don't really care if they pay me this month or next - I'm more concerned about not being able to view the Go Wild Casino website because I'm in the UK, and them continuing to re-direct UK players to 32Red untagged! :mad:
    (Doesn't actually effect me - but I think it is unethical)

    I am wondering if payments will be back to normal (within 5 days of the new month) or that they now have a new payment date, since the new system.

    Doesn't really affect me either BUT I agree 100% with the untagged redirects.
    It's especially poor form for a AGD (paid) sponsor, to be allowed to keep doing this unethical and dodgy practice, to AGD members and affiliates in general.

    Just sayin!

    Slept on this over night and imho 100% of the blame can't just rest entirely on the shoulders of GoWild because 32Red played an equal part in this shemozzle.

    For what I understand of the deal, 32Red purchased the UK player database from GoWild.

    But why did GoWild recently transfer its affiliate program/backend to NetRefer? 32Red also use Netrefer.

    IMHO it stinks of an ongoing contra deal, where both programs benefit finacially from furture UK players who click a GoWild aff tagged banner/link and the referring affiliate gets a BIG FAT $0.

    When I've specifically asked questions pertaining to future UK players who click a GoWild tagged banner/link, questions leveled directly at 32Red and GoWild, BOTH programs say to contact the other party. Neither want to take accountability for effectively stealing or selling future tagged UK players.

    When there's a will, there's a way to either cheat affiliates or do the ethical thing.

    EG - There are aff programs who track social media links on the casino pages (aff tags) to facebook and back.
    • Affiliate sends player to casino A (player cookied), player clicks FB link and visits casino's FB page;
    • Player clicks promo on FB page and returns to casino;
    • This player is still tagged to the referring affiliate.
    Unlike GoWild/32Red who are nuking the aff tag and sending that player to 32Red untagged.

    Before GoWild changed over to Netrefer, while it would have been a monumental task to track future UK players to the referring affiliate and track these to 32Red, both 32Red and GoWild COULD have made the ethical/honest choice and implimented this two (2) sided tracking.

    Reiterating both 32Red and GoWild are now using Netrefer.

    This makes the process of tracking future referred UK players from GoWild to 32Red as childs play. Common sense should previal here folks. Affiliates who are caught up in this sting, might want to start asking both 32Red & GoWild WTF is going on?

    Both Aff Programs... are stiffing you and stealing players you should (rightfully & ethically) be tagged to and paid ongoing commission for.

    Good old Go Wild Affiliates did pay on time again this month. Must have just been the new system which delayed it last month.

    They are always on time with their payments, which is a HUGE plus for me. I like early in the month payments.
