Getting a response out of Net|Ent, Playtech, etc

Have any of you been in touch with the software developing companies?

I've got quite a few questions for the various software companies and have tried emailing them, using their online forms, I've even tried getting in touch with them via LinkedIn but all to no avail.

Have any of you ever managed to get a response out of them? Whats the best way to get hold of somebody helpful?

I got a call from NetEnt once after presenting an idea to my affiliate manager at a large NetEnt casino. I guess you need to get in contact through an affiliate manager you know well and ask to get in contact with the software provider.

I did talk to Betsoft one time using their site and they replied. Then I tried another time and was ignored.

None of the major suppliers. I don't think they talk to "plebs" like us.

It's pretty frustrating, but if they would talk to me it would probably be MORE frustrating. I have posted loads of things on forums about what is wrong with their product and it always gets ignored (and I KNOW they do read it) - but at least that doesn't feel so personal!
