Genesis to Appeal British Licence Suspension

UKCG announced that while the review of the operator’s activities is carried out, the Genesis gaming licence for British market will be suspended.

Genesis said they will fully cooperate with the Commission during the review but will appeal against the ruling of having their licence suspended.

Odd the UKGC would suspend a license holder, unless, there was a concern of their conduct, or risk of conduct going forward.

Yeah, it's almost unheard of that an operator get their license back after something like this. So I'd say the chances are slim to none.

Yep, just confirmed with the AM....pretty sad, they have so many brands. CozyPartners will be decommissioned as well this month. The UK is really gone I guess, with very few exceptions
