Fortune Affiliates - missing stats

Is anyone else unable to view the stats for last month? Or any month at all, for that matter?

Brightshare (which uses the same affiliate system as FA) is also missing stats. Does anyone else see this or it is just my accounts?

My FA account is suddenly in german and I do not see any stats. The tab for reports is missing.

Another affiliate contacted me yesterday asking if the columns for "last date played" and the "progressive contributions", were visible in my stats @ FA. I checked and neither of these important stats were being displayed. Visited Brightshare and the same columns were missing from both my accounts there too.

Apart from those two (2) issues, nothing else is out-of-whack for either FA or BS.
However I sure hope these entries are not being omitted, going forward.

They claim that they asked affiliates if they used last played and they said not so they removed them. I can't imagine any affiliate not using "last date played". One thing that was always nice about fortune was the transparency and that seems to be disappearing.

The stats went offline today, but if you look in the "News" section of the dashboard with the rotating banners, there is one that says "Important Notice" and that they are running general maintenance.

I can't imagine any affiliate not using "last date played".

But they also don't show what each player withdrawals. You'd think that would be a fundamental must-have for 100% transparency. Do any aff programs show this, I can't think of any.

The stats are back today, but now my January earnings are $2,500 less than what I saw (and what StatsRemote collected) at the end of the day on January 31. WTF?

Ugh. I actually heard someone else having major issues with the stats as well. Their issue was more drastic... feel free to PM or email me for those details. Seems quite fishy between stats on FA and BS right now.

The stats are back today, but now my January earnings are $2,500 less than what I saw (and what StatsRemote collected) at the end of the day on January 31. WTF?

It's exactly why I take a dated time stamped screen cap of every program I promote (thankfully not a lot) each and every day. Granted it's a PITA but what's the alternative when my trust levels of programs, are way less than 100%.

@Bet4You - I know you can code... you may be interested in writing something to track those programs. I wrote something way back for Hype Affiliate Program (and several others) to see if things were tracking correctly. I added some 'smarts' into it that would look at trends and omissions to alert me to suspicious activity. It was better than screenshots and helped me a few times recover lost players.

On the original thread... something VERY fishy is going on with FA stats. It is definitely not what they are claiming it to be. Programs do not behave the way these stats are behaving unless there is some tinkering or multiple algorithms at play.

Programs do not behave the way these stats are behaving unless there is some tinkering or multiple algorithms at play.

Values are obtained and displayed by using, lets say, a set of macro calculations. I've got 2 mindsets here, either as you say AGD "there is some tinkering or multiple algorithms at play" OR (IMO) are two (2) databases at play here.

To lose $2.5K, that's a huge difference.

Lets keep in mind the data is only as reliable (Kosher) as the database it's being drawn from
