Anyone heard from these guys? Usually I get an email early on the 1st of every month regarding commissions, but nothing today.

I have also been trying to contact them this past month regarding other matters with no response. Is anyone home there?

Apologies for the delay in sending out communications - we’ve introduced a new process this month, with the goal of expediting the calculations in the future.

As the process is brand new, we needed to do thorough account by account check, to make sure the earnings are correctly calculated, which is why the e-mails were delayed.

In any case, we were able to finalize today, emails were sent, and you will be receiving your funds shortly.
