Playamopartners has a data issue the first days of March and the last day of February, still not solved.

And who knows how many more data and tracking issues they're having.

Is this only happening to Playamo or their other brands as well?
I'm asking so, because I currently have a very good conversion rate with Spinia (german players) and almost zero rate at Playamo (Australia and Canada). Don't know what's going on...

It's happening in their Netrefer backend. Since they switched to Netrefer, almost non-stop data issues of which some aren't even solved yet.

as it appeared, everything is ok with stats
you just have to check them in some other way than before, contact their support for details

It doesn't matter in what way I'll look in Netrefer, the data are just missing.

I think we have the same problem with Netrefer. The conversion of one brand was way below other brands, so we create a test account which also didn’t appear. We still don’t have a good explanation from support about what has happened. Last weekend we send more high value traffic than normal to our top partners which using Netrefer, but not a single sign up for 3-4 days. Normally we have a couple per day. Can ofcourse be coincidence, but I’m still curious about the outcome of your missing data case.

Data are still missing.

The first line of defense is acting like the one complaining is crazy and act like nothing is wrong.

The second line of defense is admitting there's something wrong, promise to fix it, but not fix it and act like people complaining about this are completely unreasonable.

I've seen here another thread about an affiliate making a test account which didn't appear. There seem to be something not ok with their Netrefer stats.
