Customer Stats not working properly

I am struggling with the reporting functions for my players. The sorting function does not seem to work. When I click on sort fort Revenue I can't see my players that have lost the most or won the most. I just see some kind of middle players.

Also, when sorting on date, I can't see any players that have registered the last month. Only the ones before that.

Anyone else with the same problems?

I still can't believe how VS can launch this new affiliate backend and be proud of it. I would not even call it a beta product.

Shame on you Videoslots! You probably have one of the worst affiliate backends out there. And you are not prioritizing to make it better but seem to be perfectly happy with how it is now.

Found the problem for you. You have problems with the pagination. As default you directly enter page 2 instead of page 1. The same when sorting - it jumps to page 2 automatically.

EVERYONE agrees (even VS themselves) that the new affy system falls a LONG way short of what is acceptable and is lacking in so many ways it would be quicker to say what is OK with it, rather than what is wrong...!

I have but I thought it was a better idea to start a new thread about this problem since I suspect they will fix it because it is not linked to transparency that is a hot potato for the owners/management.

You are wrong - not "probably" it is the worst backend out there, in fact it's a nothing backend, just do the remove them thingy
