Hi Rallen,

My name is Jason, I'm the acting affiliate manager for Cocoa Casino right now.

I can try to get to the bottom of whats going on here but Guru is right, you're going to have to give me more info than what you've provided.

If you can email me at Jason@thejetsetlife.com with your casino login and the reason they gave you for voiding your winnings I'll try to get to the bottom of this situation for you.

Cocoa casino not paying players !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank You Guru ! and Jason - they said I couldn't talk to a manager

anyway, more details: first of all I did have chargebacks with eWalletXpress, but I promptly paid them, I got an email from Cocoa Stating that my account was clear, and re-opened, I went to log in, logged in fine, went to the cashier, cashed in $ 2500.00 of my balance, received an error, tried to log back in, said my account was locked again. I went round and round with support, emailing, live chatting, and finally calling. no one would unlock my account, then on Monday, I received a "we are sorry to inform you that your winnings have been removed from your account and they are void, etc etc.) I'm going just about nuts at this point. ANY help you could give me would be GREATLY appreciated.

my login is rallen7

Thank You I will also send this to the email you listed.

Hi Rallen,

As I emailed you. Unfortunately because your win was made on a deposit that resulted in a chargeback which is a clear breach of the terms and conditions, the win is void.

I talked to security to see if this was a one time incident that could have been an accident but they informed me that this is not an isolated case and that you have unrecovered chargebacks at a number of other Rival casinos. In fact, apparently you are on the list of Rival wide suggested banned players.

I'm not assuming to know your intentions, for all I know all of these chargebacks are accidental, but Cocoa Casino (as do most casinos) takes a strong stance on chargebacks as it is completely unfair to a casino if a player charges back all deposits but reverses the chargebacks if they happen to win.

I tried to do what I could for you but they have every right (and reason) to void your winnings unfortunately and I've been told that the decision is final.

I had no idea, didn't even think of what you are talking about. Yes, I didn't get paid as I was supposed to for a job I did, and that caused all the charge backs, so I borrowed some money from a friend to pay them back.

Never crossed my mind that I wouldn't get paid the win. Shouldn't be gambling anyway.

won't anymore, if I don't go to Jail for telecheck and bouncing checks first

It is not funny, rallen :( It does sound like you understand what is happening and I am sorry for your problems.

Let's let the thread die, we should not make light of this issue.

might want to cool the gambling for a few months, it will be there when you get back.

This is an old thread... Monica seemed to revive it in order to place signature links, which have been removed until after 10 quality posts.
