Funny I have not had any email about this. Thanks for heads up KK. I guess it is also hit and miss who would get this email? Already shows shady I think. Rogue this program cant be trusted.

I've never wrote one word about Club Gold here in this forum. The reason is, that why should I trench the garden of the forum owner, when only 3 plants bring him money for all his efforts and one of them is Club Gold?

Moreover: People, who sacrifice much of their valuable free time for holding a forum online, have to viewed under a different light. This is my opinion. Of course you can have a different one.

But now it's so obviously, that I will write the first time. It's no secret, that I investigated Club Gold since over one year, and dozens of things were debunked. I warned so often, so it's no surprise, that all will end now in catastrophe and that I say today: "Now happened, what had to happen."

Please don't be too hard to Liisa, because from my view she's a hidden talent, but have inherited a harmful legacy. She is not responsible for the current situation!

I vet all sponsors. Club Gold is NOT the same as Gold Club. Maybe your research was faulty?

They changed software, yes. Communication wasn't perfect for that (they admitted). Many are not a fan of this software so far... but we have yet to find out WHAT it can integrate back in (playtech? mgs? netent?). It could turn out to be a great decision. I really do not know, but I give them the benefit of the doubt because: They pay on time, they have had decent conversions, and the AM is good.

Let's give them time before bashing their decision to the ground.

KK (OP) commenced this thread on 22'nd Augsut 2014.

From that point, including your post AGD, the affiliate program has received a total of 21 notifications about this thread, yet still no response.

I've just realised that admin has sent notifications about this thread to me. However, I have not been involved with Club Gold Casino or Club Gold Partners since April

This is the ex AM - Club Gold Partners have failed to updated their contact details in 4+ months.

I was under the impression, this new messaging system, was implimented to weed out programs who fail to communicate with the Forum. I was also under the impression, if a program failed to respond within x number of days, a default protocol was implimented.

Surely 21 notifications and still no response, far exceeds, any reasonable time allocations for an expected reply... Reiterating they haven't even bothered to update their AM contact.

I don't understand the leniency here, when, clearly this forum or AGD members are not a priority for Club Gold Partners... just sayin!

Gold Club failed a few weeks ago, Club Gold from the beginning! If you read the threads about Club Gold in GPWA from the last 14 months, then you know, what I mean.
For me the program is only one part. How the casino act, that is behind the program, is more important, and what the casino have done the last 14 month, is a historically unique event in this industry. It's all proven and public.

Latest after Carmel -who demonstrated backbone- left the company, all alarm sirens were blaring.
The only more worst casino perhaps was Cyberthrill.

Only one example:

After more and more honest players wrote uncomfortable truths in forum, this blackmailing player term were installed and was in use and only removed later because of the public pressure on GPWA:

7. BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.4. [...] Should You approach any other party or make any public statement relating to Your complaint or dispute at any time prior to or after contacting our regulatory authority with the intention of purposely damaging the image and reputation of the Casino, Your act of doing so shall result in Your surrendering all rights to any claim whatsoever against the Casino and Your account shall be permanently closed and all winnings confiscated.
If a player, who don't got his winnings, asked only one word on any forum why, then he lost his complete money, winnings AND deposits!

Only one example of many examples! The program and the casino are a symbiosis, and players are not outlaws. I never wrote here one word and told you the reasons.

On GPWA there are so many evidences (Screenshots, Live chat protocols, ...). and now the reputation is going worldwide near Absolute Zero. In German speaking countries Club Gold casino is nearly dead since around 5-7 months, because of what they have done with players.

By the way, dear reader ... the new software ... "Hawk" games? ... Habanero Systems = Habanero Systems B.V. (habanerosystems.com) ... did you researched on Google, how many online casinos are using exactly these games? Try! You will surprised and have to think twice.

As far as Club Gold updating their details - that is my fault. They have no access to the admin backend here. Carmel's profile is his own. And as far as him leaving, that was sometime back and Liisa has done well in the AM department.

As far as the casino, I go by CasinoMeister more than any other list. GPWA isn't a casino authority, so no reason to use them. But - no, I do not read their forums as it takes too long with too many unrelated posts each time I go there. I do check on occasion, but it is always like that for me. I'm not bashing, just saying that for me the posts are not as relevant as I would like.

Maybe I need to do vetting again on them, that is possible. I don't speak German, so I don't know the reputation with German players. I have never had a player complain and haven't heard much, but also haven't searched it out in awhile.

As far as Liisa responding, I will make sure she is getting the emails... I can't guarantee the delivery of the alerts, can only guarantee they are being sent.

Most do, but they have censored truths in the past, banned uncomfortable members and are not independent, because they are paid by casino programs.

Ask Gamblers is a 100% advertising site and many "solved" player issues based on that fact.

So this forum or GPWA perhaps would be more trustworthy regarding player issues, because common sense plays a more important role, and no advertising directly for a casino will be made.

We should Liisa not force to say things, that could be used against her in the future. She and Carmel are not responsible for all these past things, for different reasons.

She will still be contending with this harmful legacy for a long time.

They can spin the changes however they want, but when you change software multiple times
in a relatively short period of time and end up with a provider that nobody has heard of before,
it doesn't really instill a whole lot of confidence in your existing player base or your affiliate marketers.

Dear All,

My apologies for the late reply. However as has been noted in this thread Club Gold has underwent some structural changes which affected my access to our mailing server among other things, thus I have just seen the notification regarding this.

The affiliate notification email that was sent out has also already been posted here, so from my part all I can add for the time being is a heartfelt apology regarding the extreme time scale. Such a thing is in nobody interest, however at times decisions need to be made that will not be favoured by all. I can assure you that Club Gold still operates under the same motto that players come first and affiliates remain my paramount interest and responsibility.

If you want to find a review site that looks after player fairness try thepogg. They don't seem to trust the new software with a rating of 1/10.

Nice touch with the video but can't see the items, even on full screen, it's all blured and hard time understand a word he's saying - the Welsh/Scottish accent is pretty heavy.

Yes great site at ThePogg ! that video is from september 2012. Score of 1/10 seems great when they don't update. And yes Bet4You its a horrible video. Why even bother making a video review as presenter clearly has potatoes in his mouth :p :D

You're completely right about the video - when the redesign was done 2 1/2 years ago I wanted the video reviews to be of more use than the standard video reviews everywhere that just showed a few of the games. As such I went to great effort to show the pieces of information that no-one else does and spent a lot of time going through casino terms and what not. Unfortunately I really didn't put enough thought into this - with the small team I'm running on (me) it's simple not possible to keep these reviews up-to-date and do ANYTHING else. They will ultimately be getting replaced with more standard relevant video reviews, but with 600 listed casinos that's a lot of work to go through and frankly I feel that keeping the content of the written reviews up-to-date, managing the player complaints and handling the terms and conditions monitoring service I run far more useful to users that going back to replace those videos with videos like this -

It certainly looks better, is quicker to create and will require less work to update, but honestly I don't see a lot of player value in them.

I'm sorry you're having trouble understanding my accent - where I'm from it's not actually all that thick as Scottish accents go. Perhaps you just need to spend some time in the glens.....
