Hi

I have worked with casinovo/casipartners for 18 months without any issue until the last 2 months. I have not received my commission for the last 2 months. my dedicated affiliate manager does not reply to me on Skype and dont get any response by mail. has anyone encountered the same issue ?

No experience with them. They mailed me once to promote them, but their casino was too poor and too dodgy in my opinion.

Like Biti I have no exp with them either.

However, a quick domain check of casipartners.com reveals:
Creation Date: 15-jul-2014
Expiration Date: 15-jul-2017 (expires in 28 days)

Furthermore, the T&C's state the following:

shall pay your Advertising Revenue on a monthly basis, by the 15th of the following calendar month. Should you fail to reach the minimum amount of €100 Advertising Revenue in a month, the earned amount will be carried over to the next month. All payments are due and pain in Euros.

They also didnt pay me for April - I had 125€ comission, 0 in this month. No responce from them

Recap... 2 affiliates been promoting them for a couple of years each. Up until April 2017, neither experienced payment/contact issues. However, now commissions haven't been paid for two (2) months and, emails are going unanswered. Is that about the gist of it?

Reiterating, I hope you've yanked their banner/promotions.

Given the scenario (and the aff program domain exp date) I wouldn't be holding out much hope... just sayin!

I have the same contact. he is offline. i keep sending mails. I had one answer 5 days ago from ben@3-g-servicesasking me what i wanted. i didnt get any reply since.
