Due to the rogue treatment of affiliates, BWIN Casino is considered Rogue by AGD.

Remember that if an affiliate program is willing to steal from their partners, it is NOT a safe place for players. Their ethics and integrity are now in question.

BWIN Casino Rogued - please check the following thread for more information:

Hmmm, I'm curious, is BB (Bryan Bailey) totally outta da loop on this one?

He still has Bwin on his "Accredited Casino List" page and is still promoting these guys...is that the same Bwin you guys are talking about here, Chartwell Technology software?

Accredited Online Casinos at Casinomeister Chartwell

I've never promoted them so I'm not really that familiar with their brands.

Well didn't Bwin have a huge display booth set up at the Buda conference last week...I'm purdy sure that I saw pictures of it.

Did no one approach these guys and have a conversation with them about these issues while some of you were there in Buda?

Michael Corfman and Anthony had a sit down with them. There's a full report in the private forums at GPWA.

Bwin is not going to change their minds on this without a lot of pressure from the entire affiliate community. We need to make an example of them.

Just an FYI
The GAU has added bewinners / Bwin to their boycotted programs listing after the membership voted 88% in favor of roguing and boycotting them.

It is really good that I didn't put a lot of efforts in their promotion.
When they merge with PartyGaming .... the show has begun :(

Due to the rogue treatment of affiliates, BWIN Casino is considered Rogue by AGD.

I can see clearly that Bewinners should be marked as a rogue program based on these retroactive changes they have made to their T & C's.

But to mark the BWin casino, sportsbook or poker room as rogue is off the mark IMO.

Unfortunately BWin when it comes to affiliates have the same outlook as the big high street bookmakers you find in the UK. They actually look after their players very well, but do not regard affiliates as that important.

Unless of course you can find instances whereby BWin are actually screwing players around.

The logic that if BWin renege on their affiliate contracts they could do the same to their player base does not hold water in this instance.

They are not some outfit like Grand Prive. They are probably the largest sportsbook operation in Europe and possibly the world, with an extremely large player base. A company that sponsors Real Madrid no less.

Their profile is such in the player community and the gambling industry, that the last thing they are going to do is stiff their players. But by all means if you have the evidence of them doing this, then please post it in this thread.

However, until such evidence comes to light, marking their casino, sportsbook and poker operations as rogue is not just disingenuous, it is I am afraid a lie.

By all means mark their affiliate program is rogue, which as it stands it is, but you really should seriously reconsider labelling their properties that players frequent as rogue.

CAP met with them in Buda also and as far as I know talks are still ongoing. There won't be a report until these are complete.

I understand your feelings on that, Dave. It is my thought that broken contracts affect entire organizations, not just 1 part of it.

If that were the case, then every company would set up sister companies in order to commit fraud.

Sure I understand where you are coming from. However using that analogy, casinos rogued at Casinomeister then should have their affiliate programs marked as rogue here on AGD, regardless of their terms and conditions. :)

I can see why that is not done though. And in the case of Bwin and their player facing properties it is my belief they are not rogue. Unless of course, someone can show me the evidence to the contrary. :)
