they converted USD to EURO themselves at 1,362 a few days ago Neteller converted at 1,336

total difference EURO 430 !! (I had a highroller)

checked with another affiliate and the exchange rate used is 1,362 USD for 1 EURO

this is not correct!

seems somebody from accounting made a typing error !

For me it's an other story now.

First Neteller payment aren't done because it's not the same Mail adress on Neteller and Buffalo.

This morning i ask to Andrew if he has news about Neteller payment and this time, it's because Neteller is no longer available for Belgian Affiliate .... I have always been paid via Neteller ...

I have add Skrill this morning as preferred payment method and don't know when it will be paid ....

This is crazy ... Mistake comes from Buffalo and affiliate can only be patient ....

if they convert a higher USD/EURO rate you end up with a lower amount in EURO

eg 100.000 USD commission and 1 EURO = 1.362 USD --> you get EUR 73,421
eg 100.000 USD commission and 1 EURO = 1.290 USD --> you get EUR 77,519

Got paid this month with no problem to Skrill. Both commission from old Wagershare and Referback.

15 september : Payment are on the way

17 september : i need to replace neteller with Skrill because no longer available for belgian affiliates.
18 september : Skrill Payment will be paid soon.
Today : I need to send an invoice with pending payment and wait next week to be paid ...

First time I see such a circus to be paid when the error comes from buffalo, not us!
So if you have not yet been paid, contact your manager!

The conversion rate Neteller used to convert what Buffalo paid me Euro:

As a platinum VIP at Neteller I can have up to 5 different accounts based on currencies. Surely Neteller Merchants have similar options. So why USD accounts are paid in Euro is a mystery. All I know is most times I got paid from Referback I was always short. Now I'm $40.65US short on August commission.

Factor in the short-falls over a year and it could easily be $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 or more I'm being short changed on

No payment for me either.

Not only have they held my old Wagershare payment they are holding onto my Referback cash as well.

I was told it will paid next month .....pffffffft.

I'll also add that I live with another affiliate that has not been paid either.

The problem with late/missing payments from Wagershare was that if a payment was missed for some reason, you always had to wait until next month to get a new chance to get paid. Seems it's the same thing with Buffalo now. I am happy not having to rely on this program.
