Hi all,
Has anyone else noticed a decline in High Roller activity this month since the
BP takeover of Referback has now pretty much taken effect?
I am wondering if they are looking after the players as well as they used to.
Would be interested to hear any thoughts from Buffalo Partners affiliates.

Thanks,

My profits declined substantially when wagershare took over.

They are also heavily involved in the recent hacking activity by siteswaps.com and bahler.net

They said on AGD his account was closed when I asked the AM he said he should not do that which means his account is still open.

On the other hand I would not be surprised if the affiliate program Buffalopartners are financing this whole hacking operation.

I do not trust these people anymore.

What is the definition or terms for the High Roller policy at Buffalo? I see a column in the stats called high roller adjustment.

What is the definition or terms for the High Roller policy at Buffalo? I see a column in the stats called high roller adjustment.

In any given month, if an individual player generates a negative net win of at least $10,000 ('high-roller'), and the aggregate net win in that month (for the casino and sports betting) for that affiliate is negative $2,000 or greater, then the high-roller policy will apply (see 5.4 of the Terms and Conditions for more information.) - It's actually 7.14 an onwards.

High-Roller Policy
7.14 In any given month, if a Customer generates a negative net revenue of at least $10,000 he/she will be deemed to be, for the purposes of this section, a 'High-Roller'.
7.15 If the aggregate Net Revenue for the Affiliate, in that month, for a Merchant Brand is negative $2,000 or greater, then the High-Roller policy as set out hereunder, will apply:
7.15.1 The negative Net Revenue generated by the High-Roller will be carried forward and offset against future Net Revenue generated by that High-Roller;
7.15.2 The negative balance carried forward cannot be set-off against other Customer's Net Revenue;
7.15.3 The negative balance carried forward cannot be greater than the total aggregate negative Net Revenue for the Affiliate, for that month;
7.15.4 The negative balance of a High-Roller will be reduced by future positive Net Revenue that they generate in subsequent months;
7.15.5 A negative balance will not be increased by future negative Net Revenue unless the High-Roller meets the qualifying criteria in subsequent months.

Previous to Buffalo (errr Wagershare) Referback did not implement a HR policy. If a High -Roller generated negative Net gaming in one month and then lost the next, the affiliate would be paid on the Net Gaming loss of the following month.

Instead now, the HR must clear the entire negative Net Gaming loss, before the HR is removed from being fenced.
