Hey all

I recently registered with this brand and i have to say i was disapointed with the test players feedback...

Im one to believe that a bonus not being cashable is bad enough, but, manage to sell it sometimes, what is in no way acceptable is the limitations to 10x the deposit amount, this will prevent (at least me) to promote this brands in full force.

This kind of rule makes the experience of every single winning player a bad experience and negative press on my forum and a waste of time explaining the unexplicable...

Just wanted to share this with you guys so you maybe take a look at the terms and maybe make it fair for the player side, for a certified AGD program i expected more.

The restriction in question is clause 4.16 of our Terms & Conditions. This restriction applies only to the Welcome Bonus. All subsequent matched deposit bonus do not have this restriction and players are free to withdraw any winning they may have from these bonuses. Furthermore, Club Gold has recently revolutionized its bonus structure, and the wagering requirements have been lowered on all VIP levels. We are committed to constantly improving our promotions and it is our intention to take off or improve certain restrictions in the near future.

Are you talking about the no deposit bonus, with the 10x max cash-out, or a deposit bonus?

well terms on no deposit should also be free to play and cash out what you like, but i would accept it better, being that it is a no deposit.

but im talking about a already non cashable deposit bonus, why offer 400% instead of 100 and then leave the players with the sense the got frauded? after the deposit bonus is complete, its obvious once the player gets this, he will jump the hoops get the money and say **** off with the casino, i dont know if im the only one aware of this, but there is no second try.... only if the player is retarded or something....why would he? you guys really think players care that its the first bonus, second bonus, fifth bonus or whatever? player plays, bonus is already non cashable, he makes 2k he get 200 because he only chipped in 20€, any of you surely get what i mean...

now put this in context, and remember there is no cheque pay to avoid ID check and waste of time, imagine you have players non native to english that dont write read it or talk it, and you get a recipe for this brand to get a terrible feedback, and i have to say i stand with the players on this one, imo this terms are unaceptable and i also would not play with this conditions, if i had a chance to read them before i sign up, or was made aware of it.

Its even worst because of not for AGD i would not ever get close to this program now that i did i see it does not work like a it should, so maybe AGD certification terms should also encompass the player side of things so terms like this are set aside and we are sure players get fair wager conditions.

A desicion has been made by the casino to offer a 400% to increase the players' game play against the simple or usual 100%. At this time we are receiving very good feedback from our players and the large majority are extremly satisfied by the current bonus structure. We have conducted several surveys with the most recent being just a couple of weeks ago and a stunning 89% are happy about how our bonuses work.
Having said that, we take in to consideration all feedback, so we are also working hard to find a solution for those players who are not yet convinced. Obviously it is also impossible to please everyone, hard as we try :)

I honestly find that hard to believe.

Just a couple of days ago I posted on CM (in response to a thread about "crazy bonus terms") that Club Gold's welcome bonus has the worst terms of the 200+ different casinos I promote. I mean, it really is diabolical.

I only promote them because I believe them to be a fair & honest operator - but they would probably be happier if I didn't - the last 3 months my player(s) have taken them to the cleaners!

Please post a copy of one of those surveys here so we can see what you asked players. I'd bet a pound to your peanut that you did not include a question such as "are you aware that you cannot win more than 10x your deposit when claiming our bonus?"

You're deluded if you think that 89% of players would be happy with such a predatory condition being placed upon them.

Im sorry i dont believe it, a survey how you did my players? calling non english speakers that only know how to say "Yes" does not count ;)

Now for real, if you guys had any idea the true image you project you would not follow this path! but like any other casino you guys make the rules, we just review them and post the analysis to players, i for one am not a happy camper, and so its not at least 5 in every 7 players i send, the 2 that lose never get it, the ones that win never come back... its just the way it is...

Once again, I can confirm that we do conduct surveys and ave done one recently with the results mentioned. I'm quite surprised that you think we only have English speaking CSRs. Right now we cover the following languages which cover quite a large part of our player database: EL/EN/IT/NL/AR/RU/RO/HU/ES/SE/CR/DE/FR.
We have no reason to believe why the results are not sincere as this is coming directly from the players.
Ultimately we obviously respect the your position and we take on the feedback to improve our bonuses.
