It's yo-yoing again!
Really wish I'd cashed out at $1,250 - now it's down to $1,116 :(

Well I finally cashed-in my coins 2 weeks ago when the rate had slowly crawled back up to $1,205...

Oh poop!

Lol, always the way!

Maybe if you're looking to take money out and not trying to watch/time the market at all a staggered approach would work best. Ie: withdraw 10% of your bitcoin each week until you're done.

Similar to the investment method for reducing volatility in purchases.

I cashed way to many BTC when it hit 1200 again, kicking myself right now. Got rid of all of them as i had a bad feeling it was heading to $800 again

just get couple BTC and "forget" about them for couple of years., write them off so to speak. :)

Some experts claim the price will hit $3000 by year's end. Judging by the current value its plausible

I saw that article also, while it starts with just "one investor says", it did just hit a new ATH of 1800 today.

Right now a very small % of the population use btc. Mainly investors and enthusiasts. But as btc is something that can be adopted world-wide, once it hits the mainstream, it should "go viral" and go up in price very fast. In the last financial crisis, no one had anywhere to run to. Now people actually have an alternative. We have already seen how Britax, the US elections and other events around the world have affected the price. I would assume if we hit another major "mainstream financial crisis" sometime in the near future, btc will see a huge influx of people moving further away from fiat.

tbh, I haven't been paying attention to it. I only saw you guys posting about it and wondered why the rise in price.
The article did say that Japan legalized it and there was some info on the tech behind litecoin.
