After promoting affclub for 10+ years, i tried to log into my account today and saw the message: "Your Affiliate Account has been put on hold due to a possible violation of our Affiliate Agreement. Please contact affiliates@AffClub.com for more information. Please mention Account on Hold in the subject line to ensure we can direct your query to the appropriate person."

An email to my affiliate manager bounced back to me, whereas before it never bounced. I guess they blocked my account and email address.

Apparently, I haven't sent them enough players to make them happy, so they locked my account and are keeping all the commissions that I should be earning from the countless players that I've sent them over the last 10 years.

Anyway, I just wanted to alert other affiliates about affclub ... especially the newbies who aren't familiar with affclub and Bwin.party

I've just finished adding AffClub to my blacklist and will be removing all their links today

It's getting worse and worse.. I genuinely believe the economy isnt helping.. Profits are down for everyone so there all looking to see where they can recoup growth or stagnating profits.. and hey presto affiliates get shafted first and foremost.

Everything is going bump eventually.

Hope u have all got some seeds and land ;)

Same thing with me and Partner Gaming (Linesmaker) they locked me out after I had 20 sales (bets) that weekend and wont pay me now. I been with them since 2005 and made them lots of money. Nothing in the terms about quotas, but that was their reason for terminated me.

Did they at least give you march payments or not?

I have the same problem, and indeed have a sign up last month. My affiliate manager said for that reason they will re open my account.

That was 1.5 weeks ago. It still has not been reopened and i have not received my commissions from march. Getting worried i need the money to survive.

My earnings in March were negative. I received an email from the crooks telling me that my account was closed because of the following term:

5.5 Automatic Termination By Us If Your Account Is Inactive. If your Affiliate Cashier Account is inactive, your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate. In this Section, "Inactive" means where you have not requested a cash out any funds (through a withdrawal or a transfer to a Player's Account) for one hundred and eighty three (183) days or more;. Where automatic termination occurs, we will notify you that your Affiliate Accruals will be frozen. If we do not receive any response from you within one hundred and eighty three (183) days, any funds remaining within your Affiliate Cashier Account will revert to us.

However, this is rubbish because I have been withdrawing money almost every month for the past year. The problem is that they did too many dodgy things with me, so I removed them from all my sites, except for one low traffic site. They weren't happy with the amount of traffic that I was sending them, or the number of sign ups, so they finally showed their true colors and stole whatever they could.

Are you still able to log into https://secure.affiliates.partycashier.com/ to see if they have credited your account with the money you earned? I'm still able to log in here, even though my affclub account was closed.

If I was you, I'd contact them again. Good luck !!

Certainly looks like these guys are accurately marked as 'ROGUE'. It sucks that these folks are still in the industry and not just another failed operation :(

Yes I can still get into the affiliate cashier section.

Mine was closed also due to no activity for 3 months same as yours.

I am in contact with the support team via phone, and they say that they have sent a request to the relevant dept but for the past 5 days I call and they say the same thing they have not received a response.

Getting frustrated.

Hey check out Angelina Taylor ended my termination letter. Dont forget in the 2 weeks since I been termed there were vver 35 bets placed in the last two weeks and most were losses for the bettor. Check out how I get thanked by Angelina Taylor.......

While we very much appreciate your past efforts, the relationship is no longer beneficial.

I know of an affiliate who used to promote Starluck casino (which I think was re-branded as Party casino). Every single month, she had a payment issue. Every single month, she had to make several phone calls and send emails to get paid. Every person she spoke to would tell her that they'll be passing the message on. Anyway, the moral of the story is if you want to get paid, you have to be very persistent and a real pain in the backside, so that someone over there will actually get off his ass and resolve the issue. Otherwise you could be waiting for them forever, and I bet you that department #1 will never get the message from department #2... hoping you will just give up and leave them alone. Phone them and phone them again. Tell them to resolve the issue, and tell department #1 to contact department #2 while you wait on the phone. You need the money and you have bills ti pay. It's very sad for an affiliate to have to chase due payments, but that is what rogue outfits make affiliates do in the hope that the affiliates will just give up.

Thanks I will give them until Monday until I call again , we'll keep you posted.

I just never had problems with them before I didn't know they were such a shitty brand

Oz If u wanna get re open, i suggest you call in during business hours and let the phone ring for about an hour before someone will pick up. You have to do this every 2 days untill they reopen it or they wont do anything.

Hopefully i get payment, nothing as of today.

I'm happy for you and hope they pay you soon. As for me, the trust is broken, so I can never work with them again.
