Is this a new T&C at betting partners?

In order to be entitled to the Revenue Share based on Net Revenue, all Affiliates are required to generate not less than three (3) minimum Affiliate Players in any rolling 6-month period. In the event that an Affiliate does not generate at least three such Affiliate Players, such Affiliate’s entitlement shall drop to 10% of all applicable Net Revenue for such Affiliate Players.

I definitely remember there being a quota in the T&C's from a while back.

But seeing as how they shut down their operations in pretty much all territories other than the US and Canada, I'm hoping that they're waving this (for the time being at least)...

Me too. But if they enforced this term on one of my sites, I will drop them never to pick them back up. A lot of you have dealt with me person to person and you may have heard "I run my business like I run my life, as an honest and open book"

When I say it's easy to stop giving them my sub-par traffic I mean it. But any affiliate program would be in the same situation, and I do not believe that they do not intend to play fair in any regard.

I noticed my April stats seem to be missing. I'm pretty sure I had earnings. No deposits, no wagering.
Anyone else seeing similar?

On my US site I do fairly well with bettingpartners, and the AMs are all great to work with. Yes that has been in the terms for a while now (and I believe it only applies to bovada, if you look at the rest the rev share model is different if I recall)

Just read through the TOS, and maybe I'm wrong about that... BUT... Who says you have to accept the standard RevShare deal? Write your AMs and negotiate your own!

^ applies to all programs.

I emailed BP yesterday = they said they would be back to day at 12:00 noon at 1:22 Toronto time april is back, but none of my regular players for May have deposited anything - hopefully it's just a blip and the real numbers for May will show up today

I had the same problem with the stats, and I am afraid that is the cause why I did not receive my wire payment this month. I get a wire payment every month and I always receive it within days when it shows up in the stats. The stats say commission was paid, but this time I did not receive it. Their support is useless. I have to wait days before they answer and every time they claim my commission was paid around the 15th and I should wait 2 weeks. Two weeks is ridiculous and the least they could do is to check with their bank and confirm my payment was sent and on which date exactly, but every time I get the same useless answer that I should wait. Is there any AM I could mail directly? Is anyone else still waiting for their commission payment?

Thanks for your help. She replied promptly and confirmed that I was right. Commission wasn't sent yet.

Our stats look normal (this month and last). I've seen the disappearing stats thing happen at the beginning of the month, but they always show up in a day or so.

Fwiw, I've never had an issue getting paid and trust BP more than most U.S.-facing programs.

I can't believe I only have $10 in casino handle, its usually 5 figures. Support was useless.

Have you checked to see if a big player stopped depositing/playing? BP has pretty transparent stats. So it shouldn't be too difficult to narrow down the cause.

I would run a Customer Activity report for the last month you had xx,xxx handle and see how many players were active.

If I had 10+ active players that suddenly stopped betting I'd probably keep asking questions.

Not odd if that player made up the bulk of his handle then stopped playing.
