And this is how we lose all of our valuable players :( I wonder which casino they will market our players to first?

This pisses me off because I had several VERY high value players over there and, even though they apparently stopped playing entirely, I'm sure they will be marketed to without my consent and/or commission.

One of my staff got this e-mail from AllSlotsUSA

Dear xxxxxxxxx,

We've had some great times at All Slots USA, and we are sorry to inform you that we are shutting our doors.

In order to keep playing without interruption, we have arranged a very special offer for you at Jackpot Capital Casino, our trusted and highly recommended casino partner in the U.S. market.

Get $100 Free by opening a Jackpot Capital account!

Your personal bonus coupon code is: NRDUVBKR

Follow these steps to claim your free bonus:
Download the free casino software NOW
Register a New Account at Jackpot Capital Casino
Go to the Cashier in the casino software and choose Redeem Coupon. Enter coupon code, NRDUVBKR, and claim your free $100 bonus.

So far I as affiliate have not been asked to give them my jackpot capital aff details to map over my players!
:mad::mad::mad:

Anyone else got informed about that move?
I see there is an aff id in the orig. e-mail

XXXXhttp://downloads.jackpotcapital.com/affiliate/remote/aiddownload.asp?casinoID=272&gAID=35733&subGid=0&bannerID=8411

Brightshare or the new U.S. spinoff version has never been a big earner for us, nor have I promoted them much. So I'm not concerned about losing money with this program now. But I still think it's BS what they're doing now by directing affiliate players to another casino and offering them a bonus to do so, without giving the affiliate credit for it.

Andy sure called this one right.

This is no different then a casino being sold to another company and players are mapped over correctly under all referring affiliates!

I am hoping these casinos in question realize that they still need affiliates or they may in the future want these same affiliates they are stealing from at the moment to push their brands. Many of these places are open to non usa markets, they still us affiliates for those markets I don't think now is the time to tick us all off.

I would also like to know what Jackpot Capital has to say to that?
I have seen 2 such e-mails, one players has been offered a 100 free chip and another one a 25 free chip for signing up at Jackpot C.

Now this tells me that there are talks, that they check players history, and then they decide who deserves which free chip.

Don't tell me that Jackpot Capital does not know that most of players from allslotsusa have been refered in the past by affiliates.

And now I just wait that someone from All Slots USA comes and tells us that only players who have not been referred by affs are getting such e-mails, jaja!

I am very sure that there is player database selling going on with several Microbrands to RTG brands. They are either selling straight out or setting up master affiliate accounts for these mg brands to continue to earn a bit of money. Either way affiliates were cut out of the deal, not one of the places bothered to take 5 mins out of the hectic last min deal time to send us a mail saying... We have found a home for your players at the last minute. We just want to inform you that mapping and tagging will happen once we have this in place we will inform you asap.

It took me to email the places in question, I am awaiting a response still.

The situation in the US is not ideal but affiliate programs/operators could help by agreeing with US taking operators to take over the affiliate accounts/relationships and pay affiliates what they owe ongoing.

This is terrible and affiliate programs/operators need to be a lot more thoughtful to affiliates as without them, they wouldn't have those players in the first place. It makes me sick and gives the good operators/affiliate programs a bad name to some extent.

When the US opens (eventually), you watch how many emails you will all receive with these lots of offers/calls to promote them. What goes around eventually comes around - am a firm believer in that.

Absolutely right, in fact Grand Prive have already attempted to get back in the affiliates good books. I have a long memory though and if the US does re-open, those programs who have treated affiliates with respect and done the right thing will be those getting my traffic

Grand Prive have some cheek - I am sure there are some affiliates out there who are promoting them (they will find out the hard way too).
