Yes-
I'm not sure what ISP you are using, but nothing form your sites work. It has been almost two weeks.
I checked both club world and aff edge 10 times daily since this started, form different sites like webpagetest.org and pingdom.org
It is not that hard.
So are you saying that you guys didn't know your traffic stopped?
I bet $100 USD they are shutting down or changing ownership, any takers? PM only.
Of course we knew, however we were generally on top of it which is why nothing was said, the site was up and down but at the time we were happy that we could have it back running without any cause for concern. The issues you're seeing right now relate to the maintenance on the CWC database server and the restart which seemed to stall yesterday, we should have been back online yesterday. Unfortunately this hasnt happened. Just so you are aware, we are not in control of this update and restart so we are currently at the mercy of others. Last week was a combination of issues which also included shifting AE to a new server in preparation for improvements to the reporting and site speeds.

I agree and have already said it could have been handled in a better way and I have already stated an apology.

As a result of the server downtime, any dynamic content that relys on the CWC database will be unavailable which is why CWC is currently not showing in AE.

I'll also take your bet of $100, but I'm happy to go higher $1000, $10,000, more??

I am floored after reading this thread and knowing that ClubWorld has been having issues for over a week. Unaware of the current issues, I successfully logged on yesterday, made a deposit which was charged my account, then the casino shut down right after I made my deposit not allowing me to access it. The support staff has made it clear that they can even access the site and they can't give me any status on my money or when the issue will be resolved. Currently, the casino is still down. While I understand technical issues and am quite patient regarding this,I can't seem to justify why the site allowed me deposit, charged my account then decided to shut down. I have no clue on the status of my money and would appreciate some guidance on this matter. The site is still down.

Hi Shavon321, you money will be safe and you have nothing to worry about. Yes it's not ideal and yes we are doing what we can to bring the site back online. I think you were basically just unlucky as to when you got your deposit on. We'll have a record of your transaction so once online you'll be able to login and see your funds. Again, apologies for any worry or inconvenience and I hope that you're able to get back to CWC very soon.

I'll post any further updates as and when I have them. Right now, this is all I have.

I guess it's a learning experience for us all - I'm certainly aware that when a techie says shifting to a new server will be "seemless" or "easy" (uh-oh) that there will be a number of previously unknown configuration issues that will come back to bite.

Giving us a heads-up in advance might have been good - and posting a public reaction within 24 hours (and reverting systems back?) might have also been a better idea than keeping quiet and letting people get the idea the at program didn't notice or didn't care.

We are all here for the same thing - quick efficient systems - generating signups and deposits and revenues.

I know and I agree Gooner, we should have given the heads up. In future this will be done in advance to warn of any issues that could arise. I'm going from the information that I am given at the time.

Lesson learned - the hard way.

In all honesty I feel like AE shit on me. Yes I feel like smoke has been blown up all of your asses. I'm sorry but I am not buying it at all. There has been so much lose on my side I am going to have to pull the aff edge brands. With no mention of how you guys plan to compensate the traffic I sent that died during your time of silence I have no choice but to take down everything. If you would like to see your brands advertised on my network it is going to take a hell of a lot more than this, and your crappy PM:

"In all seriousness Jared, I am more than happy to take your proposed bet. How do you want to make it official and how much do you wish to stake? I'm all in."

That did not answer my question:

"How are going to compensate the clicks I sent and you lost?"

FYI: To the new people here, this is the only program I have had trouble with over the last few years. This is not how you run a program and there is a reason I have made $100,000 more over just a couple of years with Affactive and Ace Rev. where my managers are truly professional. Then I think about how much these guys must pay CasinoMeister and pretend like its all legit and unbiased. :)

See ya until I get my compensation of the lost clicks

Edit: Just checked my affiliate links before taking them down and guess what.... THEY ARE NOT LOADING from the U.S. at all. Fell free to test using the tools I posted.

I think Martyn was more joking about the bet. I don't think you need to take offense at that. I do understand the rest and I know Martyn is doing his level-best to recover from a bad site/server issue. I think it is painful for everyone. Trust me - if you are *NOT* getting clicks/impressions through.... they are *NOT* making money. And I can guarantee they are doing everything in their power to make money.

I'm just saying.. give him a chance. He is good people.

Oh he knows by now it is not personal at all. I am upset with the guy who makes the decisions to not offer assistance in getting the tracking links to at least redirect somewhere and to have told their partners when it was happening. Also I intend on buying Martyn a beer asap from years ago.

Still it seems it keeps coming back to I don't care about nice as much as I care about money.

Just like he said that this is all he knows I believe him, just not his bosses. They should have said something about what's happening and not lie about its uptime and implications to their publishers.

You do owe me beer.

With the PM (Private Message ;)) I was serious and it's more to prove a point about how we're going nowhere. Which might disappoint some people.

Once all stats are back in the admin after this current update which I believe will be a little later on we can work out an average and see just how this affect you. You know we're fair so we'll make good where possible.

Regards the links there should not be an issue here. Can anyone else clarify that's not on a mobile device as I'm currently in the gym. (I know. I surprised myself).

Unless you are a hot blonde with good boobs then I am not interested in blowing smoke up anyone's ass. I have nothing to gain from doing that to a man with a hairy bum. A lady however....different story.

In the meantime I'll text our CTO and see if there is anything that would be currently cause issue with aff tracking. I'm quite sure there isn't based on what I know.

However, if you can send me screenshots of what you are seeing. Browsers used. Versions and operating systems then we can check it out and try and replicate.

I need to work on removing these chins now and my muffin top. BRB

I get a bad feeling about how this issue has been dealt with by AE lately.
Our traffic has not been tracking / redirected for almost 2 weeks regarding CWC.
I am not happy.

Can I just say that the downtime has actually been very minimal over the last two weeks. On the whole current players have still been able to play but there were periods of downtime, mostly over the last 48 hours.

Again, I've just arrived in the office and will get an update on whats going on and post and email.

Martyn, how accurate is that historical data?

Hey man, the historical stats, if you're referring to the tab in reporting relates to the old stats from the old bog standard RTG system and end around September or October 2012. The net win and commissions are slightly out as we never bundled sites and commissions yet the RTG system did. Other than that, it's good.

Please try and clear your cache and try again. I think this will fix it as all casinos are up with the exception of CWC.

We also pay our tech guys, otherwise it's slavery.

I tried again and this time from home. I cleared cache, visited AE website, clicked on aladdinsgoldcasino link from brands page and again I need to enter Captcha on security check page by Incapsula to enter homepage.

Regardless of what they are telling you Martyn I have gone TWO weeks sending traffic to dead 100% urls all of 90% of that time period. The numbers prove it or I would not be wasting time with this.

Edit: See how well my sentences make sense precoffee ... AE has tech slaves and I am a slave to the bean.

Please send me screenshots of what you are seeing as it appears it's only you at this point that is seeing this. Also, please confirm where in the world you are.

From what I understood of this, you're saying we were down for 2 weeks. Again, this is not the case. Regardless of what 'they' tell me I am able to check the whole time. Plus, we're all in the same office.

The current issue with ClubWorld has also taken a twist and we now know why it's not back online yet. During the update this week, CWC was hit by a DDoS which prevented the update from completing. We've just sent an email out about this so please check your inbox. This only hit CWC, all other brands are up and running and it's business as usual.

I have a record of 50+ targeted clicks that went untracked to Lucky Red over the course of two weeks. When I get home I will upload the proof.

Hey Martyn,

Unless I missed it I didn't see anyone address this, but it seems as all the flash games are / have been down also. After a long 'Loading...' they say "Unable to communicate with server."

The flash game issue seems to be for all the AE brands.

EDIT: I just saw the GPWA link posted by Redbush54 and for me the games are still not loading.. Using IE or Chrome.

Hey man. The flash games rely on CWC so with that being down the affiliate flash game are also down. They were up until this DDOS.

However. We're entering soft launch phase to test all works as it should. Once we're happy we'll let you know.

Nearly there people.
