They will not respond neither does my "affiliate manager" (I think its the 7th since I have joined them).
Have also not been able to logon for more than 1 year.................

Personally I am amazed that they still are on AGD with so much complaints regarding no response from them for a long time.

This does not add to the AGD reputation.

I agree. I'm trying to get a hold of these guys. Their reputation has been superb until recently. I'm not sure what is going on as I have not heard back yet - but will let everyone know ASAP when I do.

They do not reply to emails, their program is on automatic flight mode nobody is steering it

These guys are forum shy ( they didn't even bother to post an apology after their affiliate site was hacked and private information accessed). They certainly do seem to be on auto-pilot as they never ever run any new marketing campaigns. It's very difficult to promote them other than via a banner or a casino review link.

IMO they should not be on AGD as a certified program as they absolutely do not communicate and have a website that does not have a working password reset.

I signed up via the AGD link because they were a sponsor at that time, have regrets ever since I joined those clowns.

Hi All,

Yes its true, we are forum shy. But shy as in we don't sit all day checking who is posting about us in forums. We tend to get on with the work and try make our affiliates money.
The reason we have not replied until now is simply because we were not aware of it.
We are to blame for that. AGD did all in their efforts to get hold of us and give us all the needed information to respond.

But lets get down to business here. On August 2nd our site was down for a few hours. The reason for this is the 3rd party company who own the server affeurope sits on crashed. Then on August 3rd in the morning the site was down for 2 more hours. This was because we will be moving to a new ADV system from September 1st, and we had to run some tests. Since then everything has been back up and running smoothly.

What amazes me is its always the same affiliates posting. Some who have complained here in other posts have even been given direct mails to sort out their problems but have never ever tried mailing us.
So i will say it again. Here is my personal email: ashley@affeurope.com Anyone who ever has an issue please mail me directly i will sort you out ASAP.

We pay our affiliates promptly every month on time, even when the cyprus banks crashed for most people we never ever had issue with payments. But when we don't reply on forums suddenly we are not "worthy".

These forums need to go back to dealing with what is important in this industry. Dirty rogue casinos who dont pay their affiliates and cheat the clients. When we get accused of that i guarantee a better response time with "ballsy" answers.

For those who removed our links...sorry to hear that. Would love for you to contact me personally so we can chat about this. I am guessing there was no cash flow between us so lets see if with some personal treatment we can improve your stats and income.

Lol, you really know how to deal with people in a positive way. When your affiliate site was hacked I was one of the affiliates that responded to oyropas thread here to inform other affiliates about what was happening because there was a deafening silence coming from your end. Nobody knew what was going on. I chatted with my affiliate manager via Skype and he told me what was going on. I told him that AffEurope should respond to the thread on AGD to explain what was happening. He informed me that an email would be going out shortly to all affiliates to explain the story. I never actually received that particular email but did receive one stating this:

But first, I wanted to make sure everything is ok and you received yesterday's email regarding the roll back and password reset at Affeurope.com.

So if I had never read this thread the above quoted sentence would have been a total mystery to me.

Truly great affiliate programs are proactive when dealing with problems. By responding to problem threads on a forum in a positive tone can only help to build your reputation. Conspiracy theories abound in a void.
