I got approached to promote this new RTG casino in May. Everything seemed to be OK, so I went ahead.
Had a very good first month (May) and earned a significant amount of commission, which I was very happy with.
But, they STILL have not paid me! :(

Was due by June 15th, and when I chased them June 18th, they said would pay "within a week" - but still nothing has been processed (July-1st).
Really worried now, especially as I earned an even bigger amount for June!

Anyone else working with these guys?
If so, what has your experience with them been like?

Cheers,
KK

Seems like no-one else has heard of them either!
Searched Google, GPWA & CAP and got no results. I know they're new - but didn't expect to apparently be the only person promoting them!

They are STILL giving me the run-around over my MAY payment, and June's is also due now.
The latest in a string of promises, is they will pay me next Friday by bank wire - but I definitely will NOT be holding my breath!
Very worried now, as this is a very significant sum for me that I'm waiting for.
I'm also worried about how they treat their players who want to withdraw. :(

I have reviews on most US facing casinos.. Also never heard of them.. Keep us updated, especially since your the only one with any experience with them.. But doesn't sound good at all.. Very bad first impressions huh..

casinolistings has a few player concerns about them.. Player waiting over a month for payment.. That's the only thing I could find on them really.. Nothing from players on CM or anywhere else.

I've never heard of them either, but I will know how to respond if they ever contact me.

So they owe you BIG BUCKS for May and now June.
They've also broken their promises and until you posted, no one had heard of them.

Now we learn players at this "new" casino are also being stalled on payments.

Playing the Devils Advocate here...
If this was another member posting this KK, you'd probably be ALL over them for NOT following due dilgence... nuff said.

Can't do due diligence when a program is new. My guess is that had those reviews/complaints been there when KK took up promotion - he would have never started. It's easy *now* to say those things, but can't fault anyone for promoting a new property - you almost have to these days to exist.

That's just an excuse and a poor one at that.
The casino is OWNED by a company registered in Cyprus. Not that hard to find out who's involved in that.

Sounds to me like somone put $'s before players safety and it's now backfired... just sayin

I was going to point you to the T&C's, but they are not online - so I will simply quote them:

1.5 Berating an affiliate for promoting organizations you *may not* promote will not be tolerated. Suggestions are ok. Explanations on why it would help to promote other organizations are fine. Berating the affiliate(s) will not be tolerated.

We all know KK does not do what you suggest (i.e., put money before player safety) , which means this is more flame than conversation. Let's keep it nice.

Yes Bet4You, I think your comments are a little unfair in this instance.
It is always hard to be sure about a brand new program - but the communications I had with them at the time lead me to believe there was a very good chance they would be OK.
I'd like to point out that signed-up to promote them BEFORE both of the player complaints you found were initiated.

OK, I admit I could have made a mistake on this one - would not be the first mistake I've ever made, and probably not the last either! If that is the case I will be the first to hold my hands up and admit it.
However, I am an optimist and I'd like to think that they are just having start-up teething troubles and it will all come good in the not too distant future. Only time will tell on that one. Even up until now they are answering my e-mails and talking to me via Skype - if they were just ignoring me, THEN I would be seriously worried.

Unfortunately a good handful of players have to get screwed over to find out if a casino is rouge, and a few affiliates have to get screwed over in order to find that an affiliate program is no good... Often simultaneously.. I would say that is kind of why forums like this exist.. So we don't all have to make the same mistake but to learn from other's experiences.

That said... Let us know how it works out KK... And if not in your favor.. Then thanks for taking one for the team ;) (seriously)

I did play at Luckyspins RTG in May to test them out. A small withdrawal of $144 took 10 days. Payment recieved was from Eveningstar Holding Ltd.
(which also own the Playtech Casino Europlay). The affiliate manager is the same Cyprus guy that's aff manager for Winbig21,GoldenLady,CrazyLuck and Europlay. He just
uses different names. Every time he starts a new casino he send me a skype request under a different name.

Hahaha I think I know who this guy is... Raul, Dan and his others names always login on skype at the same time... very funny :D:D:D

I blacklist all his casinos, very bad practices. If a player or affiliate gets pay you are very lucky....

As someone bumped this thread, here is my latest update:

Some guy in Cyprus is running around having a whale of a time with my commission...
They have not paid me a penny since the one and only payment they did make for May.
So they now owe me close to $7,000 for June, July, August, September & October

Sorry to say... but Cyprus in combination with RTG should have been warning enough. In 99% of the cases this ends up in players not getting paid. In the remaining 1% the owners are shut off behind American prison bars. KK is experienced enough to know better.

Try contacting Cyprean government or hire a lawyer for the 7k. Edit: Check your PM

Googled Eveningstar Holding Ltd and came up with these (lot's of other stuff).
Decided to post the CM thread/post because...the CM forum seems to be your 2'nd home KK :p

CM's post spells it all out.

What do you mean? CasinoMeister is my FIRST home, not my second! :p

Bit confused why you posted those links in this thread to be honest - that thread does not even mention Lucky Spins casino.
It couldn't in fact - that thread was started (and finished) a couple of years before Lucky Spins was even launched!

Just to add some info to this thread, EveningStar holdings previously owned 1King casino, part of the CyberNeedle group. For me that's enough that I'd view the other CyberNeedle properties (Bet4Joy, Casino LuckyWin, ChipsPalace, HeavyChips and a few other closed venues) as high risk.....
