It's AdWords. They do accept if you can afford 10's of thousands of dollars (US or UK) worth of ads.

I´d like to help, but my only source of traffic is just SEO. I know, that google is not allowing to advertise in all kinds of business (and if he does, it costs a ton of cash ) Better hire some company, which can digg deep enough

They money that you would spent woul be best used growing your sites natural traffic, it would take time but the long run its the best option

Agreed.. PPC is usually a waste, where being a top contender never is.. Your standings can often last for years and require no more of an investment then your time.
