However, what's becoming more and more obvious as this thread grows, VS management have little respect for their affiliate partners. There's a clear level of contempt by upper management for VS affiliates. I say this because if VS management genuinely wanted to improve the VS aff program, then someone from upper-management who does CALL THE SHOTS, would be here in open dialogue with their aff partners, instead of dumping Miles in as Piggy-In-The-Middle.
I met the CEO of VS at the CM party 2 weeks ago, and he promised to start looking at this ASAP... but no time-scale of course.
I have faithfully promoted VS VERY prominently on my website for 2 years (e.g. as the Number One casino, etc.) and the totally useless new affy system which came in last October felt like a really BIG stab in the back
On top of that, up to October I only had 2 negative months in the previous 12, but in the 3 months since October I have already had 2 negative months and the positive one was VERY small compared to the previous average (about 10%).
What do they expect me to think?
I have been very patient in the face of a string of false promises to make the back-end better, but I would be a fool to just let this situation carry on regardless.
So if VS wont give a time-scale, I'll set my own!
I will give them until the end of MARCH to give a definite date for
proper reporting. If no promise comes, I will start dramatically reducing exposure.
Then until the end of MAY latest to have the system in place, or they're dumped.
I feel that is more than generous and plenty of time for what is a fairly simple change to the reports.
Might seem like cutting off my nose to spite my face, but I can't carry on seeing £10K+ in monthly player deposits apparently disappearing into a black hole...
