We are having ACID issues on Income Access programs and not getting a lot of info on when it is going to be resolved. Some of ACID reports are coming through and some not, which is bizarre - I cant understand how a company of the size that owns IA can let a tech issue like this drag on for 2...

Small Affiliates got shut down a long time ago - true they did keep honouring payments - its a big if though - the sale that is, some big Vegas Corp or Hedge Fund will probably snap it up

yeah it sounds like you got locked out - that's generally the way they do things these days. Dont bother to contact or send an explanation, just lock out and hopefully wear you out

i dont want this to be an out and out bitch and moan etc - and always having to dig for an answer - but really - the Admin fee should be listed - to say you don't have an Admin Fee when you palpably do, well that's either down to lack of knowledge or dishonesty. Either way - no transparency...

i think they are well aware - they have responded here previously - they are using the old tactic of ignore and hope it will go away

Is it difficult to advise what you charge as an Admin Fee? It sounds like you are avoiding answering and simply posting around it. I appreciate what you have written - but really - it's a simple question with a simple answer.

I mean - how high can it be if it's just Royalties - Payment Processing and verification? Unless the total cost of all this is being passed on to the marketing partner rather than the percentage that they are benefitting from. I know what my money is on ;)
