As a player I have sent in my proof of address and ID as also. No big deal (other then a small hassle). But when requested by a program you work with it may make you feel like more of a player then a partner. I think the issue is, affiliates want to be treated as more of a partner? Still petty...
I don't understand why they would request that. In the event of a player, I understand that the casino wants to make sure the player is legit (of age, the person playing is who they say) to help prevent fraud and chargebacks. But from someone who is advertising for them? That seems very odd.
As for question #2 I use the wordpress plugin "Geotargeting" wp.timersys.com/geotargeting/
It does however have a one time fee of $30, but it does just what I wanted.
I believe my company works well with AffiliateEdge and that is one of the only NCO programs we work with. I also believe in asking your AM if it is a 'hard NCO' as in, if you are deep in a neg. for months in a row, would they be willing to reset so you can carry on promoting them?
Thank you all for the warm welcomes! Hopefully sometime in the next few days I can go through and really through everything, I would love to contribute to this community as much as possible.
Hi all,
I am new to the forums however not new to online gambling! Reading through these forums I have learned a lot, as I have been lurking for sometime now. I am working with a few other igaming webmasters and just wanted to say hi and I look forward to seeing everyone around!
