Also keep in mind Muffincrubms, the $100 fee for the bank transfer is a "flat fee".
If you take a payout for 5k, 10k, and so on - the rate remains the same.
Therefore on a 10k transfer your paying 1% to receive commissions.
Which in that case would be must more economical.
