Great, they are not paying my earned commission, that is over 3.9k euro now because I am not sending enough new players. I will see if I will make an effort or just let it be. But the payment is always Disapproved.

Comeon lowered my commission accross the board to 10%. No inforation what so ever. I have promoted them since 2011 and this is how they treat affiliates. Be careful.

Anyone else have this problem this month. I logged in to my affiliate account to check why I havnt been paid to skrill and it says failed payment. They seem to pay to skrill just when they feel like it. Very annoying and no email or anything. Anyone know how to contact these people?

Well as long as it comes this month I don't have a problem. There are still a few days left.

I got my March and April commissions last month as I confirmed in this thread. However, now I am waiting for the May commission, but I sent them a mail last week and they said I should receive it without problem this month as my account is working like normal. Nothing yet though. Has anyone...

Got my payment, I am glad they did the right thing and that I got help from a very good affiliate manger, Ali, to solve this.

They replied to me last week and I am still hopeful I will receive March commission together with April commission. But I read on GPWA a few days ago that they added those terms retroactively which makes me disappointing in them...

Quick update, I still haven't recieved any payment. They said on the 12th "I will also proceed to process the payments you have pending and please let me know if you need anything else." Now they are saying that the payment will be processed together with April.... Consider their track record I...

I take responsibility for using the wrong tracker, not sure how it happened because I used the correct one before, I must have made a mistake somehow when updating it. Anyway I have moved them up to a higher position on my site and expecting payment to be cleared. I will update when I know more.

I didn't know about this quota and I used the wrong tracker somehow during the last 6 months but I will update in this thread if I get paid. In the past I have been paid, even though it has been late sometimes.

They have contacted me and issue is being sorted.

I finally got an answer, I hadn't sent enough new players because they changed the trackers, so now I have 1300 euro in commission which they won't pay for now... but they will contact me and if I make a deal I might be paid. Fingers crossed.

Still no payment of march commission. These guys are a joke.
