Commissions - Sub-Affiliate

Commissions - Payment Date

The Company will process the Commission earned by You in the previous calendar month by the 15th working day of the following month.

Commissions - Minimum Payment

Affiliates will only be paid by bank wire if the total amount owed in a single month is $1,000 or more. This is because of the costs associated with sending bank wires with a value lower than this.

If the total amount owed is less than $1,000, the affiliate will be paid by check.

If an affiliate wishes to be paid by bank wire when the amount owed is less than $1,000 then they must contact there affiliate manager by the 1st day of the following month in question. In doing so affiliates thereby agree to pay any associated costs that arise as a result of receiving the bank wire.

Affiliates will only be paid referral fees once they have a balance of $100 owing to them.

Commissions - Negative Carryover

In the calculation of Commission where Net Win is negative due to Customer winnings and/ or Non Cash Items and/ or Cash Items and/ or Progressive Contributions said balance will be carried over.

Chargeback Policy

The Casino Net Win (Deposits minus Withdrawals) less Fraud; and/or Processor related fees.

DEFINITION: Charge Back where a Customer or the credit card issuing bank or any other third party payment solution provider effects a reversal of charges in relation to a credit card or third party purchase transaction and for the purposes of calculating Net Win and Net Rake is regarded as Fraud.

Slots of Fortune Spam Policy

If you participate in the communication or transmission of any form of Spam whatsoever, your account will immediately be placed under review and we will withhold all funds due to you, pending further investigation into your account or accounts.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify you from any further participation in the Slots of Fortune Affiliates program based on the results of our investigation.

We may incur expenses (including legal costs) in dealing with such Spam and such expenses will be set off against the funds in your account that were otherwise payable to you. If after deductions there is a deficiency, we will withhold the payments that were to be made to you until such a time as the expenses have been fully recovered.

Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause at any time.. In the event of termination the Affiliate is required to immediately upon receipt, remove all Materials from the Affiliate Website and cease to make any representations regarding the Company to the third parties. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via electronic mail wiill be considered a written form of notification.

Slots of Fortune affiliates has amended any terms which were unfavorable to affiliates and their program is NOW 100% affiliate-friendly. Do take notice of any warnings (such as negative carryover) and consider all when determining whether or not to affiliate with a program.
