Predatory - MINIMUM PLAYER RULE

Earn United is committed to our affiliate's success, however if in any given consecutive 3 months you send neither new visitors nor new deposits to Earn United client's brands, your account will be under review with a possibility of termination.

Commissions - Revenue Percentage

Earn United pays a standard 25% to 40% referral fee on Net Revenue generated by the affiliate. There no other fees or deductions are made on to the affiliate commission. Processing fees and security reserves are absorbed by Earn United.

Commissions - CPA

Affiliates will earn a fixed referral fee based on each new depositing customer of $100 or more. All CPA accounts remain on probation for the first three (3) consecutive, active months. Affiliates who do not pass our requirements will receive notice to rectify the situation. Accounts that are in the probationary period are subject to revert to Revenue Share accounts and/or to termination.

Commissions - Sub-Affiliate Commissions

YOU	7.5% of Sub Affiliate Revenues
Tier 1 (affiliates underneath you)	5% of affiliate's earnings
Tier 2 (affiliates underneath them - Tier 1)	2.5% of affiliate's earnings

Commissions - Payment Date

We will pay you referral and bounty fees on a monthly basis, by the 15th day of each month via Cheque, Wire Transfer, NETeller, PaySpark or Casino account. All payments due will be converted from USD and paid in EUR, unless GBP is requested by the affiliate.

Commissions - Minimum Payment

Note: The minimum commission payment threshold varies based on method of payment: Neteller/Payspark = $100, Check = $250, and Wire Transfer = $500. If the Affiliate's Earnings are below the minimum threshold per payment method in any given month, the earned amount will be carried over to the next calendar month and continue to accumulate until at least the minimum threshold is generated.

Commissions - Negative Carryover

Negative Carryover is not mentioned on the website or the terms and conditions.

Chargeback Policy

A chargeback is defined as uncollectible receivable usually, but not limited to, VISA/MASTERCARD as a result of customer non payment or fraudulent credit card use. Fraud is defined as an uncollectible credit card charge because of fraudulent activity. Earn United is not responsible for chargebacks. A negative balance due to fraudalent/chargeback cost will be carried over on the affiliate's commission.

Spam T&C's

FROM FAQ PAGE: We want to foster a responsible advertising environment on the Internet. Earn United does not accept spam or spammers under any circumstances. If any affiliate is found to be using spam to market any of the participating client brands within the Earn United Affiliate Program, they will have their account closed and be removed from the program immediately. Any payments due the affiliate will also be forfeited. If you know of anyone who matches this profile, please contact us immediately by sending an email to support@earnunited.com.

Termination

You are asked to terminate all player referral activities, your account will be immediately terminated.

You will be entitled only to those unpaid referral fees, if any, earned by you on or prior to the date of termination.

You will not be entitled to referral fees with respect to play occurring after the date of termination.

If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities, we will not pay you the referral fees otherwise owing to you on termination. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

Terms & Conditions Analyzed

Unfortunately, Earn United has the minimum player rule enacted. This rule can completely remove all your earnings - it is not wise to affiliate with them until which time they remove the clause from their terms and conditions.
