CPays (Casino Pays) Casino Affiliate Program

CPays / Casino Pays has been around for a very long time. And for just as long, they have been actively screwing affiliates. Their methods of effectively ruining the income you will generate with them:

1. CPays PAYS spammers, who WILL steal your content. That site will rank higer than yours for the same keywords, you will make no money.

2. CPays 'Affiliate Managers' WILL call you and use strongarm tactics to force you to place THEIR banners on your home page. If you do not comply, they will either terminate you (and steal your players) OR lower your revenue sharing percentage

3. They will re-enact Negative Carryover at will to remove your current months earnings

Commissions - Revenue Percentage

1.8 Advertising Revenue is the percentage of Casino Net Revenue due and payable to you, at the end of each calendar month, based solely on our systems data. The Advertising Revenue will vary between 25%-45% of the Casino Net Revenue according to the amount of wagers made by players you send within 1 month of activity.

Commissions - CPA

1.9 CPA Structure is based on a one-time payment in which the affiliate is paid for a depositing player that he delivered to CPays. The CPA amount will vary from $50-$300 according to the table (see chapter 4 Table B), and will only be paid once for each player that makes an initial minimum deposit of $50. In cases where a chargeback or a credit is made, the player will not be considered. See section 4.5. CPays retains the right to change an affiliates CPA payment plan to a revenue share payment plan at any given time.

Commissions - Payment Date

The affiliate monthly payment at the end of each calendar month will be based solely on our systems data.

Commissions - Minimum Payment

You will be paid per monthly basis based on a Minimum payment amount of no less than $250.

Commissions - Negative Carryover

4.6 Negative Carry-over
CPays has a negative carry-over policy, meaning that after the first two months, if your balance is negative, it will be carried over to the following month. However, you can avoid the negative carry-over in one of the following ways:
# If you are a new affiliate, you can ask in the comment box for a "no negative carry-over account" while signing up.
# If you are an existing affiliate, and your balance is NOT negative (0 or positive), you can contact us and ask for a “no negative” carry-over account.
By asking for a no negative carry-over account you are aware that your Revenue Share will be 5% lower than shown in section 4.1 - table A, and that the affiliate commission when having no negative balance carry-over will not be higher than 35%.

Please note that this option is available for active affiliates only, CPays reserves the right to cancel the “no negative” carry-over to an affiliate that does not bring any traffic for over 3 months.

Chargeback Policy

4.5 Charge-backs
A charge-back is defined as an un-collectable CC transaction from the CC companies as a result of customer non payment or fraudulent credit card use. Fifty percent of all charged back amounts would be deducted from your payment or the reserved funds. Charge back fees will be paid to CC companies and will be administered by CPays. If a charge back or credit occurs during the fee payment-processing period (12 business days), we reserve the right to deduct the associated fees from the owed Advertising revenues.

Spam T&C's

Zero tolerance for spam of any kind! Any affiliate using spam methods will be banned!

Termination

5.1 The terms of this Agreement will begin when you create a unique link to our site and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement may be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON, BY EITHER PARTY. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification.

5.2 Upon termination:
You must remove all of our banners/icons from your site and disable the link from your site to ours. All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate. If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities, we will not pay you the Advertising Revenue otherwise owing to you on termination. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. If we continue to permit play from customers after termination, this will not constitute a continuation or renewal of this Agreement or a waiver of termination.

5.3 Post Termination:
The terms of this Agreement will begin when you create a unique link to our site and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement. In the case that the affiliate terminates this agreement without notifying the casino, (forty five days of no activity in the affiliate account), the casino will reduce the affiliate account percentage to twenty five percent.

CPays Terms and Conditions are 100% Predatory. We do not advocate promoting CPays or their casinos. There are TONS of affilite testimonies of CPays stealing their hard-earned commissions. This is an organization you would do well to stay away from.
