Commissions - Payment Date

4.2 Commissions
We will pay your Commissions on a monthly basis, on the 5th of every month. You can select from several payment options to withdraw your funds. All payments due will be paid in Euros or transferred to your chosen currency. Commissions will be based upon our good faith calculation based on our statistics.

Commissions - Minimum Payment

From Help Page - When do I get paid?

AffiliateClub.com pays its affiliates on the 5th of every month. Minimum payout amount is €100. Should you not reach this level within that month we will simply carry your earnings forward to the next month until you reach the minimum payout amount.

Chargeback Policy

4.1 Chargebacks
A charge-back is defined as an un-collectable Credit Card transaction from the Credit Card companies as a result of customer non payment or fraudulent credit card use. Any profits derived from fraudulent play will not be credited to your Affiliate account. Charge back fees will be paid to Credit Card companies and will be administered by AffiliateClub.com.

Spam T&C's

We will terminate this agreement immediately if there is any form of spamming or if you advertise our partner sites in any other unauthorized way.

Termination

5.2 Upon termination:
You must remove all of our banners/icons from your site and disable the link from your site to ours.

If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities, we will not pay the Commission otherwise owing to you on termination.

We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
